This modern luxury 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom ground-floor apartment is ideally located close to several fabulous beaches (including Porto De Mos, Dona Ana, and Camilo) where you can relax, swim and have fun - all within walking distance!
For those who enjoy a stroll along the cliff tops the internationally famous Ponta da Piedade and boardwalks are just 700m from the apartment.
The apartmentâs spacious terrace (south-west facing) overlooks the pool area and gardens and is ideal for sunbathing as well as al-fresco dining at any time of the day or evening with family or friends.
The terrace also benefits from direct access to the pool area ensuring a cooling dip is just a few steps away.
The fully-equipped kitchen (with all modern conveniences including electric hob and oven) has everything that you would need for self catering â even budding chefs will feel right at home here.
The open-plan living space has double aspect windows making it bright & airy and has a dining area as well as a lounge area with sofas and a flat-screen TV.
