Great view greatest ambience in this high altitude of about 9000ft we are getting warm water room heater warm food and a great view what else can we ask for had a wonderful stay for 2 days staff is well cooperative and reception desk greet u like a queen...

Good hotel in Lachung, recommended for family and couples. The hotel has good facilities with heated rooms, mountain views, in room dining and good staff. Breakfast spread was good and options at IRD as well. Manish and Anurag were very helpful at the reception.

I recently stayed at your property, and unfortunately, I encountered a few issues that significantly impacted my experience. First and foremost, I was disappointed with the lack of responsiveness when I tried to reach room service. I called multiple times throughout the night, hoping to order some basic refreshments, but there was no response. This was frustrating, especially given that we were at a hill station and the weather was quite chilly. Additionally, I was surprised to find that tea or coffee was not available before 7 AM. As a guest in a remote hill station, I expected more flexibility with essential services, especially considering the colder temperatures in the mornings. While the location of the hotel was beautiful, and the overall ambiance was nice, these service-related issues were quite inconvenient. I hope you take these concerns seriously and work on improving the availability of basic services like room service and early morning refreshments for future guests.
