I recently stayed at your property, and unfortunately, I encountered a few issues that significantly impacted my experience. First and foremost, I was disappointed with the lack of responsiveness when I tried to reach room service. I called multiple times throughout the night, hoping to order some basic refreshments, but there was no response. This was frustrating, especially given that we were at a hill station and the weather was quite chilly. Additionally, I was surprised to find that tea or coffee was not available before 7 AM. As a guest in a remote hill station, I expected more flexibility with essential services, especially considering the colder temperatures in the mornings. While the location of the hotel was beautiful, and the overall ambiance was nice, these service-related issues were quite inconvenient. I hope you take these concerns seriously and work on improving the availability of basic services like room service and early morning refreshments for future guests.
