Camp Cecil

We had a terrible experience because their staff did not take the initiative to resolve a situation with other guests who had loud music and more. I requested help at 01:15 am because they did not allow me to sleep or rest, my wife and I, frustrated with the situation, just waited the next day to leave that place. They turned paradise into a terrible place. If you are going to visit this place, do it only with your partner or isolate the people who are going to party. Or better yet, do something now to resolve these types of situations. They ruin what people want so much, a nice, quiet vacation.

The location is spectacular, the setting perfect. The food was some of the best we’ve had in Mexico (we’re Vegan - not a problem for this crew). What makes this an exceptional visit? The staff. From Tavi and Paulina, our guides, to Ricardo, Danny, Cappi and the camp team, every one was interested in our well-being and concerned for our happiness. I don’t know how Ricardo managed to cook such outstanding food on a couple of camp stoves, yet we cleared our plates every day and would happily have stayed longer just to see what he came up with next. The tents are super comfortable without being too ‘glamped up’. The sea lions are not close by but warm and gracious hosts when we visited. Good kayaking, snorkeling, hiking and detailed knowledge from the guides around flora, fauna and the history of Isla Spiritu Santo. Last we have to mention the pelicans. The daily show they put on, swooping and diving for fish in the clear bay water, was as spectacular is it was hilarious. We’ll come back. Just relax, enjoy what comes and go with the flow. 5 stars all day.

Amazing staff. Really great people, so friendly and kind. Our guide Pau took us snorkelling, kayaking and hiking always telling us interesting things about the places we visited or animals we saw… I would absolutely recommend todos santos eco adventures.

The staff of Camp Cecil are amazing!!! Our guide, Manuel was a very cool guy! He knew all the history of the region and geology (which is amazing) and was simply radiating good vibes and energy! Captain Enrique was a master of getting in and out of the coves and on the open sea. Papa Alfredo and Ivan spoiled us to the max with excellent food. Abraham was so friendly and smiling all the time. He was very knowledgeable about the constellations in the beautiful night sky and showed us the nocturnal Babisuri hiding in the rock cliffs behind the camp. Anur was Mr fix-it around camp and Victor was busy keeping camp in order. The entire crew was so happy and full of la joie de vivre (the joy of life) it was an experience and adventure of a lifetime. My daughter and I were completely and totally spoiled the entire time we were there. We loved every single minute! Well done!
