The professionally designed backyard landscape surrounds a raised fire pit patio, and an outdoor shower. The overhead fans on the covered veranda provide two comfortable seating areas—one for dining which seats eight, and an additional conversation area. The outdoor bbq is adjacent to the dining area. The view is into an open land natural area. It is a four-minute walk to a large private pool. An additional large swimming pool complex, complete with a hot tub area, is adjacent to the beach on the other side of the community. There is also a fine restaurant and bar at that location. Adjacent to the golf course, the nineteenth hole has a shaded outdoor restaurant and bar. There is a free shuttle available within the community which runs frequently for service to any area of the complex and dock. A golf cart is available at the house for an additional fee.
