Hotel Athmos

很普通的酒店，和以前住過的同價位的德國酒店沒法比，感覺沒有什麼服務。説好辦入住到0點，結果也不是。打國際長途自己辦的入住，估計電話費都好幾十了。

I don’t understand the 4 stars. I mean, how on earth?? It might be clean but it’s so old. You can hear so well the street and your neighbours in other rooms, it’s almost fun. Service is so so, but the jewel of the crown is the most horrendous breakfast you could possibly envisage only in nightmares. A guy on a table next to us had to smell the slices of “ham” he had put in his plate before eating them… the coffee is made with powdered milk. Sausages are white, tasteless shapes that float in an awful looking boiling water. Just eat somewhere else.

OK, It was a business trip so really only bedding down in the evening. But the room was tired, The door to the and from the corridor was only handing on by 1 hinge, the lift was out of order, I had a cabinet in my room but it looked broken, There was a paper cup with mainly decaf coffee on offer in my room. The decor is aged. It felt like either the owner did not care or just ran out of money. There is parking but it is small and was full on my arrival. When I mentioned where I had parked to the receptionist he said that was perfectly fine. The next morning when I went to my car there were too stickers explaining that I had parked in a private area and to make sure I completely understood they had also decided to key the entire drivers side of the car. I told reception and they did not really seem that interested, but advised the other receptionist had incorrectly informed me about the parking. It was a hire car and fully insured so no real impact on me. I think the next visit I have to this area of the world I will choose a different hotel.

Hôtel Athmos & Athmos Studios (Av. Léopold-Robert 45 - 2300 La Chaux-de-fonds) is a hotel to avoid. This hotel gives NO prof. service, is only MONEY oriented and has always EXCUSES (always other reasons/other people are the cause of their problems like lots of NOICE in rooms, NO working WIFI in rooms, NO regular attendance,...). Madame C. Reichenbach (directrice) is the worst, and she demonstrates and creates an unprofessional environment for the staff and especially for the customers/clients. During a personal visit to the hotel you will receive a special rate of 170 CHF/night incl. breakfast for a renovated Studio from the reception staff, but when you make your reservation later (by e-mail and/or direct on-line booking), the special rate is not valid anymore (with lots of excuses) and you will pay 190CHF/night + 18CHF/breakfast =208CHF/night (=+22,35%). Every complaint you will have is always answered by excuses and others are the cause of your problem. You will never get a (working/acceptable) solution and the directrice is only fixated on your money. There are lots of hotels in the region (Neuchatel, La Chaux-des-Fonds) and we already visited 2 other hotels, with a very prof. and customer friendly service. Hôtel Athmos & Athmos Studios is the worst hotel we have ever visited during the past 15 years (private and professional), because of only excuses (no solutions) and only interested in your money with no service.

Nie vorher sind wir in einem Hotel gewesen, bei dem man das Gefühl hatte, ein störender Eindringling zu sein. Auf jeden Fall kein willkommener Gast. Es gibt kein Restaurant, keine Mini Bar, das Frühstückscafé ist nach dem Frühstück geschlossen, beneso der Hoteleingang. der Eintrittscode funktioniert nicht, beim Anruf, um die Tür öffnen zu lassen, nur ein unfreundlicher Herr. Alles in allem: Nie wieder!

Un très mauvais accueil loin des normes d’un quatre étoiles. Malgré le fait que ma Chambre ait été réservée par une société, le réceptionniste a absolument tenu à être payé sur le champs à mon arrivée alors que j’avais des bagages….refusant sinon de me donner la clef comme dans un hôtel louche… Le lendemain matin le chef de réception à qui j’ai fait part de mon mécontentement ne s’est pas même excusé. Sourire, politesse, courtoisie sont les premières qualités dans l’hôtellerie… De toute évidence pas à l’Athmos Hôtel!
