Just got back from a week long stay at the hotel and it was great. There were 3 of us, myself my mum and my 15 year old son, so we booked a family room with 2 bedrooms. The room was fine with plenty of space and a decent bathroom with big shower. There was a small fridge in one of the rooms and the only thing we felt it missed was a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities. It was my sons birthday while we were there and the staff arranged a cake for us and sang happy birthday to him which was lovely. We stayed bed and breakfast and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choice of continental, fruit, bread and pastries, cereal and a hot selection with made to order fried eggs and omelettes. Would definitely recommend for families as the pools are ideal for kids and is very family friendly

12/16 Estaba aquí entre las fechas de junio. Lee a los amigos que van a ir con cuidado o te aburre mucho!! Fuimos al hotel a las 9:00 de la mañana, y nos dijeron que podíamos hacer el desayuno, y que nos hicimos el desayuno, y el camarero vino a escribir la adicción porque no nos habían dado la habitación de nuestro hotel. Cuando se dijo que el desayuno era dinero, esta vez nos encontramos con algo de ese tipo. Me fui con todo incluido, pero el hotel recibe agua gratuitamente 😀 El hotel puede estar encantado de agua. La cena es una comida normal y la carne es una comida de carne que se ha cocido en las mismas noches... y la carne está en la misma cama... y casi no hay dulce... por ejemplo, yo nunca vi la cocina, etc. 😀 hora 15: 30/16: Se dice que se ha dado un helado entre 30 años, pero necesita una oportunidad para encontrar un helado. 1000/1500 Si intenta hacer una tostadora en un hotel con capacidad, se pierde el desayuno. El agua sólo se da con un vaso. No hay bebidas que quieran cuando vino al alcohol, porque es un grupo de Mey, no hay bebidas que quieran en el hotel donde el alcohol es muy malo. Yo me quedé en 32**, y un olor como la lama que entra en el edificio le da a ustedes, aunque hemos dicho muchas veces. No huele bien. Cuando pregunta por qué el café turco es gratuito en el hotel, recibe una respuesta muy graciosa 😀 El casino es el más hermoso del hotel porque puede comer y beber todo lo que quiere, siempre tuve que quedarme allí con nuestros amigos porque tenemos el estómago diferente No se ha agotado de ninguna manera 😀 Ve a la hotel teniendo en cuenta esto no hay ninguna actividad vs. O pasará tiempo en el casino o se sienta con los huéspedes que tienen un límite de edad entre 50/70 y 😀.

Stayed for two nights at the hotel over the Christmas period. This was not the first time we had spent Christmas at the hotel but this was definitely the best so far. At check in we were greeted by Dalia who completed our registration very quickly and efficiently. The service, accommodation, quality of alcoholic drinks and food were all excellent. We were particularly impressed by the breakfast selection on offer in the Spice Restaurant. On our previous visits we found this to be a little basic. Fruit juice had to be purchased at an extra charge and the cereal choices were limited. The whole of our group were impressed by the improvements. All staff especially in the restaurant were very pleasant and attentive. Our waiter Raj was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. A special mention has to be made about Nicla the restaurant manager. She worked very hard ensuring that everyone had a warm welcome to the restaurant and was aware of everything happening with her staff and guests. Our rooms were beautiful and housekeeping made sure they were kept clean and well stocked with amenities. Looking forward to our next visit.

I want to begin by saying that the bar staff, pool staff, cleaners etc. are the friendliest, most welcoming people and so this review does not reflect on them at all. So we booked for 2 adults and 1 child (13years) through trip.com. After an overnight flight and being extremely tired, we finally arrived at reception to be told that no, we had only booked for 2 adults. We quickly showed the reception staff our email which said '2 adults, 1 child (13years)'. The man on reception told us that there was a comma and not a plus sign and so that meant that it wasn't plus 1 child. This completely baffled as why would the email have a child and age if not booked regardless of commas/+ signs and we continued to insist that we had booked for all of us. After some back and forth, he decided to ring the manager who promptly said that it wasn't something she would accept and that we would have to pay extra for our child. The man told us this and said that as we hadn't booked through the hotel, this wasn't his problem and that I could take it up with trip.com. Now, 2 flights, no sleep and the fact that I have various conditions that effect my mental health so much that I am registered disabled, I admit I responded harshly at this point. How can you advertise through a 3rd party website, be shown the confirmation, and still tell paying customers that this is your problem, not mine? Even if this were true, wouldn't a more appropriate response be 'You clearly have a booking and have come a long way, let's get you settled in a room and then we can either contact trip.com or help you contact them to get this sorted out'? I then asked to speak to the manager myself- the member of staff phoned her but she refused to come to the phone and said if we were unhappy, to cancel our booking and then shut the phone. Cancel and go where with what money? Were we supposed to walk back to London in order to have somewhere safe to sleep? There was no budge and around an hour after arrival, we were told by trip.com to pay the extra and they would refund us. Kudos to them, we were refunded within 2 days and they were extremely helpful. After all of this, there were so many issues with the hotel itself - street digs in the pool, ceiling in living room crumbling and falling, dirty sheets and tiles, the shower flooded every day and at one point was a waterfall down the stairs into the living room and we had to use wvery towel we had to soak it all up, ants everywhere, the list is endless and I have added pictures so people can see it for themselves. I am so disappointed the whole experience was an absolute shambles. To top it all off, I was telling a friend who lives in Cyprus and he knew the owner. He phoned the owner to tell him and the next day we were offered a free meal as an apology - so just because I had a contact, and the owner told you off, you give me a gesture of goodwill? What if I hadn't known anyone, would this gesture have even existed? Or would you have just told us it wasn't your problem? We refused. Disgraceful.

We read some bad reviews before booking and still decided to try this hotel. And we were absolutely pleased with everything. The management obviously made some improvements since 2017. Well done. Decent breakfast with a wide choice of food and a coffee machine. Many restaurants nearby, on the main road. Friendly staff (especially the Iranian woman at the reception) After we left Park Palace hotel, we also stayed in other 3 places and we reckon it was the best hotel on our holiday in Cyprus. We recommend it to anyone, who is looking for a budget hotel room in Kyrenia.

Llegó a las 2 horas de la mañana, después de viajar todo el día, el taxi nos cayó en la parte cerrada del hotel, luego nos tomó otra hora para encontrar la recepción, así que automáticamente fue un mal comienzo, La habitación era limpia y espaciosa, y tuvimos una habitación principal, una hermosa vista desde el balcón. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil, pero no es muy fácil. El desayuno turco tradicional es un desayuno con un huevo, muy agradable con un delicioso jugo de limones. La piscina era tranquila y relajada, muy fácil de encontrar una cama de sol, el tipo que se sienta en la piscina va a conseguirle bebidas, comida, etc Dejando la mañana temprana para volver a casa y el hotel nos hizo amablemente sandwiches para nuestros viajes Gracias Topset por una agradable estancia relajada :)
