¡No puedo felicitar lo suficiente al Gate Hotel! Ubicado en el corazón de Kioto, ¡está a 20-30 minutos a pie de los principales lugares turísticos! Y a ambos lados del hotel, es un paraíso para los amantes de la gastronomía, ¡ya que hay muchísimos restaurantes alrededor! El hotel en sí también tiene algunos restaurantes muy elegantes con vistas fabulosas a la ciudad.
En términos de servicio, me sorprendió el personal, ya que este era el primer hotel que no solo tenía una hora de registro de entrada antes que otros hoteles, que es a las 3 p. m., sino que también dijeron que nuestra habitación ya estaba lista e incluso nos dejaron registrarnos temprano sin mí. preguntando. Hasta ahora, según mi experiencia, otros hoteles eran bastante estrictos en cuanto a los horarios de check-in y no permitían el check-in temprano.
La habitación en sí también era cómoda y lo suficientemente espaciosa para 2 personas y estaba bastante bien que tuvieran el baño y la ducha separados, lo cual es un poco conveniente cuando hay más de una persona en la habitación.
Además, el hotel cuenta con eventos mensuales en fechas específicas y tuvimos la suerte de vivir un espectáculo increíble con las Geishas del más alto nivel brindándonos una actuación espectacular que también fue de cortesía para los huéspedes del hotel.
Generalmente, cuando visito la misma ciudad dos veces me gusta experimentar diferentes hoteles, pero puedo decir con seguridad que en mi próxima visita a Kioto definitivamente me hospedaré en The Gate Hotel Kyoto Takasegawa by HULIC.

Este fue mi primer viaje a Kioto y hay muchas opciones de hoteles. Me costó decidirme exactamente dónde, pero Good Nature resultó ser una excelente opción porque:
1. Está en pleno centro, a unos minutos a pie de dos paradas de metro. Utilizarás el metro para llegar a buenas atracciones como Inari, Nara y Kiyomizu.
2. También estás a poca distancia a pie de los mercados de Pontocho, Gion y Nishiki.

The room was thoughtfully designed, showcasing Kyoto-inspired decor that created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was spotless, and all amenities were perfectly curated to enhance the stay.
One of the most memorable highlights was the complimentary private bath experience the hotel graciously offered. It was such a serene retreat—an intimate, relaxing space where I could unwind in absolute privacy. This thoughtful gesture truly elevated my experience and made my stay all the more special.

The public onsen facilities were equally impressive—meticulously clean and beautifully designed. It was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring Kyoto.
In conclusion, 三井花園酒店 京都三条 Premier exceeded all my expectations. The impeccable service, beautiful design, and special touches like the private bath made this one of my most enjoyable stays. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto.

Nos alojamos durante tres noches consecutivas en una habitación de tres camas en el edificio anexo. Cada miembro de mi familia tenía una cama y dormía cómodamente. Dos camas de 1,1 metros y una cama supletoria de 1 metro para el niño. 600+ por noche a principios de febrero, muy rentable. El hotel dispone de un servicio de autobús a la estación de Kioto. Son sólo 10 minutos a pie. Está a solo 10 minutos a pie del supermercado AEON. Hay muchos lugares para comer en la estación de Kioto, y la vista nocturna de la Torre de Kioto también es hermosa. He visitado Kioto tres veces, las dos primeras me alojé en un B&B y la primera en un hotel, y quedé muy satisfecho.

PPHYO PHYO WAI YANG YINGEsta es una estancia fantástica con Dusit Thani en Kyoto.
Inicialmente reservamos habitaciones para 3 personas, pero las camas gemelas no son espaciosas para compartir.
Retrocederé al gerente del hotel sobre la preocupación y sugiere que se actualice a su habitación doble de tamaño.
Me dio una buena tarifa con cama extra en el salón a 49.000¥ adicional, que es una oferta fantástica !
Es espacioso, tener privacidad para mi hijo adolescente y sus camas son super cómodas y su baño es espacioso para dos personas .
Un buen viaje para terminar nuestro viaje a Japón.

SSiu Wai LindaHotel location is good, Takashiyama department store is just cross the street.
It's a small hotel, and not easily found. On ground floor lobby, they will have a simple check of documents. Afterwards, a staff will bring us to 9th floor reception area for check in. We were served with a cup of tea and sweets while waiting. After the check in, another staff will escort us to have a tour around the hotel and our room.
Room is spacious with private Onsen. Though room's city view is fair only, the main selling point is the open-air onsen. The private open-air onsen is great and very comfortable.
The fridge in our room has many free drinks including wine and beer.
Unexpectedly, we could see the sunrise from our room. The Japanese breakfast is delicate and good. Everything is good except the bed mattress is too soft for us.
9th floor reception floor has a nice view, two public hot springs are located on this floor. This floor serves with free coffee and drinks and ice cream bars.
It’s surprising that besides the hotel front entrance, there is a secret side door, no need to pass through the lobby counter, like a private entrance with a sense of privilege.

La ubicación del hotel también me ha sido perfecta porque está situada justo en el corazón de Kioto, pero lejos de los lugares conocidos con un excelente acceso al transporte público. La estación de autobuses está justo delante del hotel, la estación de tren más cercana está a unos 10 minutos a pie y el hotel está a unos 15 minutos a pie de Kawaramachi Street (zona comercial). Nuestra habitación tiene vistas a la montaña.

AAnna BornaEste es un hotel maravilloso. Nos alojamos 3 días en una habitación doble. Era mucho más grande que otras habitaciones dobles en las que nos hemos alojado en Japón. El baño tenía bañera y ducha. La habitación era muy espaciosa, limpia y estaba muy bien decorada. Al igual que todo el hotel. La terraza de la azotea es un gran espacio para tomar un cóctel por la tarde (¡probamos un par de cócteles exclusivos y no nos decepcionó!).
La comida en el restaurante era un poco cara.
El gimnasio es pequeño, pero si te gusta hacer un poco de cardio, será suficiente. Hay 3 lavadoras que usamos (¡solo con monedas!).
En cuanto a la ubicación: a 9 minutos a pie de la estación de tren, a 12 minutos a pie del ”distrito de las geishas” y a 20 minutos a pie de los famosos mercados.
Lo más destacado de nuestra estancia fue la panadería, en la que nos dábamos un capricho todas las mañanas. Los productos horneados salados, así como las opciones dulces, eran para morirse. El pan de patata relleno con diferentes tipos de patatas era 10/10. El café estaba bien, pero era muy caro: 700 yenes.
En general, nos encantó este hotel y lo recomendamos encarecidamente.

CcherriecyThe hotel is very pretty, Andre Fu never fails to impress! Breakfast was nice with good variety to choose from, would be great if we can have a drink menu as well.
The room was a bit small for 3 ladies and the bathroom is quite transparent. Would be great if switchable smart glass is used instead for the bathroom window for privacy. Despite the minor inconvenience, the bathtub is amazing and spacious. It’s perfect for couple.
The thermal spring is clean and is usually not busy. The hotel provides swim suit for guests as it is a mixed pool. The service was smooth and the environment is very relaxing. The only thing we didn’t like about the spring was that there is no natural lights as it is located in the basement. Don’t miss out on the morning breathing session!
Special shoutout to the concierge team as they very efficiently helped us with restaurant and workshops recommendation and bookings prior to our arrival. Taxis were arranged promptly every time. We had a really good time in Kyoto and we can’t wait to come back again!

MmariaEs un hotel muy diferente, muy moderno, alternativo y con todo lujo de detalles que hacen que te lleves un recuerdo precioso para siempre (tocadiscos reales y vinilos para usar en la habitación..mis hijas alucinaron porque nunca habían visto uno).
Personal muy amable y de diferentes partes del mundo dándole a la recepción un toque muy cosmopoiltan y divertido. Me encantó este hotel y lo recomendaría muchísimo!

UUsuario invitadoI booked a premier twin with city view guest room in this Banyee Tree Group Hotel at Kyoto Sanjo district.
The hotel location is very good and just slightly off Kyoto City shopping centres within a 5-10 mins walking distance, which is good for my family since we can do some walking exercise and looking for good japanese food everyday when we are going out without wasting time to find transportation and yet there is a sub-way train Sanjo station just right next to the hotel for linking up to other scene spots and even to Osaka and other places as you wish.
The quality of hospitality service is good and some staff are hands-on and can communicate via english. The room interior is warm and comfort to my family and I like its comfy bed and sufficient hot-water rain-shower and both my family and myself had a good sleep there.
The Wi-Fi speed is acceptable and the room cleaning service is also above average.

UUsuario invitadoLa habitación no es demasiado pequeña y las instalaciones son bastante buenas. La clave es que es tranquilo. Está un poco lejos de la estación JR Kyoto. Un taxi solo cuesta alrededor de 1000 yenes. hora. No pedí desayuno cuando hice la reserva, así que pensé en ir a la estación JR a comer ramen, pero resulta que el ramen solo abre a las 11 en punto. Sin embargo, hay un restaurante al otro lado de la calle del hotel. Se siente un poco como un restaurante familiar japonés. Abre alrededor de las 8 de la mañana y sirve platos japoneses y occidentales, lo cual es bastante bueno.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel, and I would like to share my experience with you. First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional design and comfort your property offers. Kengo Kuma’s architectural brilliance, with its use of natural wood, thoughtful lighting, and integration of art pieces, creates a stunning and serene atmosphere. Additionally, the comfort of the rooms, the quality of the materials, the size of the beds, and the premium linens were truly impressive. In terms of design and comfort, your hotel sets a remarkable standard.
However, I did encounter several service-related issues that I believe could be addressed to enhance the overall guest experience. I would like to share these points in the hope that they are helpful for future improvements:
1. Breakfast Lounge and Sushi Area: The proximity of these two areas creates a strong odor upon entering, which can be unpleasant. Improved ventilation could easily mitigate this issue.
2. Food and Beverage Service After Breakfast: The lack of food and beverage service after breakfast hours was inconvenient. At the very least, providing a space for guests to enjoy tea or coffee would be a welcome addition.
3. Room Service Availability: After a long journey, I was surprised to learn that room service was unavailable and that only rice balls could be provided. Expanding room service options would greatly improve the guest experience.
4. Flexibility with Breakfast Hours: Due to the time difference, I arrived slightly late for breakfast at 10:10 AM and was informed that nothing could be served. Even my request for tea did not receive a clear response. Greater flexibility in accommodating guests dealing with jet lag would be highly appreciated.
5. Lobby Services: The inability to offer anything to drink or even host a guest in the lobby felt restrictive. This could be improved to make the lobby a more welcoming space.
6. Spa Experience: I was unable to experience the renowned Banyan Tree spa as it was fully booked. Expanding spa reservation availability would help meet guest expectations for this signature offering.
In summary, while the hotel excels in design and comfort, the service offerings seem to be constrained by rigid rules and limited hours, which can detract from the overall guest experience. I strongly believe that adopting a more flexible, guest-centered approach would significantly enhance satisfaction.
If the above issues were addressed, I would certainly consider staying at your hotel again during my next visit to Kyoto. Once again, I want to thank you for the exceptional design and comfort provided during my stay and hope that these suggestions contribute to further elevating your standards.
