Ons verblijf was erg goed. De medewerkers bij de bali 2aren ontzettend vriendelijke, zo ook het andere personeel. Kamer wasren schoon en de kamer was ook erg ruim. Hopelijk tot de volgende keer!

I visited the hotel to inquire about room rates, but the receptionist, Manoj, was very unprofessional. When I asked to see pictures of the rooms, he refused and told me to check Google. I then requested to see a specific room, and he rudely said there were no available rooms. He was dismissive and disrespectful, and when I asked to speak to a manager, he told me there was no manager available. This was a deeply disappointing experience. The hotel should consider hiring Arabic-speaking staff who understand the culture and can treat guests with the professionalism and respect they deserve. The service, particularly from employees from India, was well below the standard expected in the hospitality industry. I had planned to book a two-bedroom suite, but I changed my mind due to this poor treatment. Additionally, the recommendations I received from my friends were misleading, and I was left extremely dissatisfied. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of your team. Rittika, in particular, stood out for her exceptional kindness and efficiency in assisting with my requests. It was truly refreshing to encounter someone so dedicated to their work. Additionally, I must commend the entire staff, from the security team to the porters, for their exemplary service throughout my stay. Their commitment to ensuring a pleasant experience for guests like myself did not go unnoticed. Furthermore, I was delighted to find that the rooms were impeccable—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It was evident that great care was taken to ensure guests' comfort and satisfaction. Parking was actually easy despite previous reviews mention otherwise. I would just suggest to the property to give specific access info to that before their arrival. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property.

It was a wonderful experience.. I will come again in future.. I want to thank specially Ms Amy.. she is as cery kind and welcoming us everytime we see her.. if we are going to come again we will come because of the deal we got from her.. the hotel also was unique and it is in a perfect place.. thank you very much for everything.. In this hotel, I had an excellent stay. From the moment I arrived until I left, the customer service was exceptional. The staff was friendly and highly professional, demonstrating a complete understanding of guests' needs. Amy Rose, the staff member who checked me in, provided a warm welcome. She explained all the details about the hotel and the available services, showing genuine concern for my comfort and being ready to address all my inquiries. Throughout my stay, I observed the dedication of the staff in meeting guests' needs. They efficiently handled any requests and were always ready to assist, with a constant smile adding a positive touch to my experience. As for the hotel itself, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all amenities readily available. The facilities were well-maintained, and the restaurant service was also excellent. In summary, it is a hotel deserving of appreciation, and I highly recommend it to those seeking an outstanding stay with exceptional service.

Our stay was extended and we were completely comfortable with that. The staff is extremely reliable, responsive, and kind. I was able to meet almost everyone and they all play a massive part in the hotel running so efficiently. The cleaning staff was excellent as well, there was never a day that they missed and they would not disturb if you needed privacy. They also remembered my requests and accommodated for that without me needing to ask twice. Without their staff, it wouldn’t have been such a relaxing and fresh place to stay. Big thanks to Prince & Amy for making this place a safe home for the 2 week stay!
