LLim familyIt’s a bit hard to get to the hotel from bus terminal if u have luggage with u as it’s a downslope to get to the hotel. There’s also isn’t any lift in the hotel so we have to carry our luggage up to the second floor. We realised when we checked out that there’s actually locker for the luggage at the ground floor. There’s only one type of water in their public onsen which is kind of disappointing as we have high expectations since it is an onsen town. The onsen water however is good. We do feel some difference before and after onsen. There’s also free coffee & hot chocolate drinks right outside the onsen area. It would be better if there’s ice water in the onsen area as the water can get very hot & especially when there’s no cold tub there. The room however is spacious with comfortable bed. There’s also a foot bath located at the ground floor of the hotel right beside the breakfast area.

KKiddd溫泉旅館距離湯畑很近，晚上的湯畑很美，酒店的懐石料理很好味，賣相也很好，早晚餐還有QR Code 俾你scan 介紹每一道菜是甚麽，非常用心。溫泉也很舒適，早晚對調，可以浸晒兩邊溫泉。服務員態度非常好，熱情款待，下次有機會一定會再入住。

UUsuario invitadoI am very grateful that there is hotspring serving directly in my room. In addition to that, there are 4 more private hotspring rooms which can be freely used 24h whenever they are not occupied. My room is a lot bigger than what I expected. The meals are good and the staff are friendly. There are lots of free servings such as draft beer during different time of the day. There is scheduled shuttle bus going between the hotel and the central area.

WWing Mui Cindymy package is 2 meals and in house onsen bath , the servie of hotel is excellent, the foods are great and it tooks me 2 hours to finshed my meal. diskes is small but good enough for ladies. the hotel provide shuttle bus from karuizawa station to hotel. also hotel to local bus station.

UUsuario invitadoLocation is good, easier accessible from the bus station and within 3 minutes walk from the Yubatake. But it is surrounded by construction and therefore the view is not attractive.
Service quality is good, staff are friendly, helpful and responsive.
Food quality overall is fine. Yet tradition Japanese cuisine would make the experience of an onsen vacation whole more than fusion cuisine.
Choice of onsen is limited versus the price level. Only 1 public bath is available. The 4 rental baths add more to the range of choice but they are quite quickly occupied.

En cuanto a la ubicación, era un poco lejos del terminal de autobús a pie. nos llevó unos 15 minutos, ya que la ruta por Google no era muy correcta. La entrada principal del hotel estaba en una pista, que no era tan fácil como transportamos el equipaje.
Recuerde pedir la contraseña del portal trasero, que fue una ruta corta que conduce a la calle principal de compras y a la Kusatsu Yubatake.
La habitación era agradable y limpia, un poco demasiado básica.
El hotel ofrece una amplia gama de comidas en el bufete, con algunos platos locales interesantes.

TTeekhooTomó JR Express a Kusatsu. Desde la terminal de trenes, tome un autobús que dura 25 minutos hasta la terminal de autobuses de Kusatsu. Hay un servicio de traslado a la terminal de autobuses previa solicitud. Tarda menos de 3 minutos en llegar a la terminal de autobuses. Si camina, es posible que tarde más tiempo.
Reservé media pensión. Cena incluida. La cena es súper buena. Flujo libre de arroz, sopa y condimentos. El desayuno estaba bien. Se preparan tazas de café para llevar.
Me encanta especialmente el onsen. Se habían preparado batas y pantuflas en la habitación para su uso.
Kusatsu es un lugar para una escapada corta de Tokio.

JJoycewee0206Given that the hotel is abit old, the 3 star cleanliness is referring to the old facility at guy side onsen. It’s not maintain well and everything looks old. It’s 10mins walking distance to bus terminal and another 5-6mins to yubatake. Bonus point gives to free shuffle from/to daitokon with the very precise bus schedules.
Room is clean but bear in mind, it’s not non-smoking hotel so might have chance to smell cigarette smell in room. Fortunately, our room is good.
Overall we satisfy with our stay at kusatsu onsen resort.
