Lovely hotel central to everything, staff are amazing. The lady that does housekeeping is fantastic and cleans daily . The lady in the restaurant in the evening is so friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a great base and the mood restaurant down stairs is amazing. If staying here visit the mayflower restaurant a few doors down , food is good but the craic at night is great . Would stay again here . Pool area is quiet and shaded after 3 pm . Would love if rooms had balconies.

Overall a great hotel. Buffet breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The rooms were excellent and even though you are right beside Bar Street there was no noise disruption once you closed the window. The AC was quiet so was left on at night. There was only one out of 10 mornings when prayers woke us. Mood restaurant was lovely with the natural shading cover offering several degrees reduction to the street area. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great hotel in the centre of the old town. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at this cute and charming hotel. It’s pretty small and doesn’t have an elevator, which might be an inconvenience for some. The rooms are a bit too small for two people with suitcases, especially compared to other standards in the area. The pool area is nice but also on the smaller side, and the sun unfortunately goes away by 3 pm. However, the location is perfect and we were not bothered by any noise from the streets, which was a relief. The staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting us with storing our luggage. The hotel offers good value for money overall. However, there was a significant issue with smoking in the breakfast and restaurant area. It was overwhelming and made it difficult to enjoy the food. A suggestion would be to divide the restaurant into separate areas for smokers and non-smokers. This change would greatly enhance the overall experience and maintain the aesthetics of the boutique hotel. The smoking definitely takes down the overall impression.

Nice and clean and comfortable room. Great food in the restaurant was really well priced. The owners are really nice people who aim to please. The location is good for food/shopping and the port is an easy walk. They also have a nice pool try out cool off! All round good!

People in the hotel made the experience especially Emiñ , Ayfer and Dida , if staying in kusadasi the food in Mood bistro is good The hotel is quite relaxed. Everybody very helpful and knowledgeable about things to do and see in the area. The hotel is clean and well maintained the staff even the new people do all they can do to help . Buffet breakfast in the morning covers all tastes . Menu post breakfast is extensive and good In general we had a very pleasant trip to Kusadasi recommend if you like beach trips and days out you go to star beach again family run beach club very helpful and attentive crew working there long hours Yuka bar has good nightly live performance if you want to sing and dance the night away If you want a bargain for the lady in your life genuine fake handbags see Marios shop great laugh and banter with Super Mario Bar street disappointing not value for money not getting always what you ordered drink wise Old original Turkish Bath at the back of the Eliada hotel with the trip Definitely have a trip to the barber worth it

Great value for money. Very friendly, helpfull staff and the breakfast was great we loved staying with you. The hotel's position is great. Parking was a bit of an issue but someting we could work around. Well done you have a great hotel. We will be back.

I had an exceptional experience in this hotel. The hotel is spotless so clean and the staff were extremely helpful and so friendly. The hotel is so central to all the bars and shops in Kusadasi.And the food was delicious also.Breakfast was very good. One sight negative was it gets quite noisy late at night but you can ask for a room at the rear of the hotel. Looking forward to my return in September for one week.

On a group tour of Bodrum, Kuşadası and İzmir, we stayed 2 nights at the Eliada Hotel. It’s situation is perfect for both exploring the town and also the must see tourist sites. The rooms are large and comfortable, with everything necessary for a short or longer stay. The Wi-Fi was very good and the signal strength strong. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choices, the staff ensured that everything was topped up, and the hot food options were cooked individually and brought to the table. The hotel has a well stocked bar and the drinks were very well priced and of premium quality. If visiting Kuşadası again, the Eliada would definitely be our hotel of choice.
