First impression of the hotel - IG fanatics would love this hotel because of the decoration. It's decorated with various styles of chairs everywhere, fun and colorful, creating a happy atmosphere. Love the stay here though it's just a one night stay before the flight to Bali. Check-in and check-out very smooth. Very friendly and efficient front desk staffs. Since I arrived before noon, hotel gave me an early check-in, also quickly react to a little problem in my room. They can help you to order Grab car in case you don't have the app. Hotel is not that far from the Kupang airport. Lots of good restaurants, convenient stores and beach within walking distance. It's definitely worth to pay a little bit more for a seaview room - the seaview and sunset is stunning!!! Even the elevator is made with glass so you can enjoy the seaview while going up and down. Breakfast is buffet and mainly Indonesian style, taste is fine. Shower water pressure is good. The only flaw I can find is restaurant service was pretty slow and not that attentive. I was the only guest at the restaurant during dinner, maybe they were busy with the takeaway/ room service, so been waiting for a long time for food. Luckily, taste of the chicken was delicious. It's a shame the hotel doesn't have swimming pool so you can only go to the beach right in front of the hotel. Anyway, I will surely book Swiss Belcourt Kupang again and highly recommend to all travellers visiting Kupang.

Por favor, bañera ducha y agua fija normalmente,servicio es buena ubicación es bueno hotel exterior es bueno pero estoy decepcionado por el interior, las hojas de cama son aburridas y el agua de baño no está suave y el armario no fluye agua por favor fija y en la salsa para la habitación 2319

Naraya es el hotel más cómodo de Kupang. La atmósfera es hermosa, las habitaciones son también espaciosas y limpias. Quizás la comida tiene que ser mejorada un poco, especialmente sobre el arroz. El resto es delicioso. Las bebidas son deliciosas. ¡Mantenlo en paz!

Reservó una habitación normal sin balcón y no en la piscina. El precio se diferencia de lo anterior. Pero lo importante es que el desayuno de pollo favorito porridge, todavía allí, más ahora, hay una bebida extra herbácea. Pasos de gestión creativa. The hotel still brand new and still in the soft opening period, that explained no 24 hours room service and short service time in some of the outlets but it’s was really good stayed, the staff was really helpful and informative specially the lady who help me during the check in time, really professional (sorry forgot to ask the name), the breakfast also really good with various option including some locals delicacies, definitely will be back again.
