Hoteles Holiday Inn en Kunshan

Very close to Railway station and 2 big shopping malls. Ok rooms, and has a washing corner and limited Gym. Breakfast is soso. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

Exceptional weekend outside of Shanghai, and its just a subway stop (Guangming Road, Line 11) and a short cab ride away. A good chunk of the wetlands is in the hotel vicinity, a good walk or bike ride can still be done by anyone. Yes, there's a railway system nearby, and the trains do get loud when they pass, but not a deal breaker. Buffet dinner was good, buffet breakfast was ok. Most cost effective trip I've taken for a long time. Much thanks to George for his awesome service.

Perfect hotel for a 4 day, 3 night stay. Breakfast is available but we had other arrangements so we did not partake but they had a good sized spread of Western-Chinese food. The pool was really nice. Worked well for us because my younger child had a shallow pool to play in and my older child could swim in the bigger pool. Easily accessible to Guangming Metro, Line 11 (15 minute walk or 5 minute Didi ride). Room with a Central Park view was great and it offered black out curtains. Hotel check in was easy and the staff was very accommodating. Good size room with a nice sized bed. Tub and shower available. I would book again when visiting Huaqiao.

The hotel's environment, facilities, and services all met my expectations, but a small incident during breakfast slightly tarnished the experience. Pros: Prime Location:The hotel is situated in the heart of Kunshan Development Zone, offering convenient transportation and a variety of shopping and dining options nearby. Spacious and Comfortable Rooms:I stayed in a deluxe king room, which was spacious, modernly decorated, and equipped with comfortable bedding and complete amenities. - Warm and Attentive Service:From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff were always smiling and provided warm, attentive service, making me feel at home. - Diverse Breakfast Options:** The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, all of which were tasty. Cons: Breakfast Service Needs Improvement:During breakfast, I found a strand of hair in my soy milk, which made me very uncomfortable. I immediately reported the issue to the restaurant staff, but unfortunately, the chef did not respond or offer to replace the soy milk or provide any other compensation. This handling of the situation left me very disappointed and affected my dining experience. Summary: Overall, the Crowne Plaza Kunshan is a good hotel with commendable environment, facilities, and services. However, the breakfast service needs improvement.
