Can't complain for the price paid. Clean and comfortable bed and in good location.

The hotel was very small and tucked away. We could not locate the hotel and went around for more than an hour looking for it.
There was no big signage or nothing in English which makes it more difficult.
The room was not as it looked on internet. Smell of tobacco and furniture looked dirty.
As it was in the middle of the tunnel / Old Pedestrian Street, it was between shops which made searching not easy.
The hotel was undergoing refurbishment with dirty looking floor and carpet.
For the cheap rate, it was ok for a night.

Check in process was very smooth. The receptionist was very helpful. Our room has been upgraded for free. Recommended👍🏻

Bathing area was dreadful, water leaked out into the room and the rain shower head was splashed water everywhere! The toilet was a squatter and if you never had done it, you not gonna take a dump easily.

i have paid this hotel the reception guy said this hotel are not accept foreigner to stay at the hotel and tell me that trip.com will refund my money back. it was terrible experience while in Kunming since we are late at the midnight to check in but cannot stay at tge hotel. PLEASE TRIP.COM to do not promote this hotel and deleted it on this app.

Very good location to the center of everything. Price wise, non peak will be ideal. Lobby reception area can be improved. Toilet can be improved.
