The experience here was good, there was a huge megamall downstairs with many convenient stores so it extremely concenient!!

What a great location! There’s a big shopping mall just 30 seconds away, and food stalls are everywhere downstairs. 官渡古镇 is only a 10-minute taxi ride, perfect for spending the day. I’m very happy with the hotel!

We booked this hotel to rest a little before our flight back. But overall we really enjoyed our time there even though it was short. The person at the front desk was super friendly and very helpful!! We previously left a jacket at a different hotel in Kunming and she helped us call them and arranged for the jacket to be delivered to the hotel. The room itself was really nice and it was soo convenient as it was located literally inside the mall! There are also a bunch of restaurants right outside the hotel. We also learned they have another branch near the train station which is only about a 10min walk away. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to kunming!

Best place and friendly staff. It was Convenient for all of our works, but the problem was there were no a/c in this hotel. I think it’s ok for winter but it’s very hard to stay in the summer. Other than that everything else is fine 👌

- Friendly and welcoming staff
- Modern rooms （Cleanliness could be improved)
- Comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere
- Great location for exploring (Nearby night market, a lot of food stalls)
- Exceptional service (Free luggage storage)
- A bit noisy at night as the location located at high traffic area
- Only one portable aircon provided in the room (We book the room for 4 pax, upstair bedroom totally no air conditioning)
