Es muy ruidoso Es ruidoso por la noche y por la mañana. El personal de servicio no contesta el teléfono y no responde los mensajes. Ya no lo aguanto más y lo llamo. Él solo dice que si sigue haciendo ruido, lo llamaré nuevamente. Ella va a decírselo, pero él no contesta el teléfono. No puedo dormir en absoluto 😓😓😓😓😓 Es tan ruidoso☹️☹️☹️☡😡 La red también es inutilizable, es tan mala que incluso el WiFi no está disponible actualmente. ¿Quieres seguir usándolo? ! ! Luces

Dueños muy amables. Incluso me recogieron en la estación de metro cuando me sentía perdido. Excelente ubicación: a 3 minutos a pie de la estación de metro (salida C), Old Street, Wenlin Street y el zoológico, todo a un paseo del hotel de unos 10 a 20 minutos. La habitación es sencilla, no muy grande, pero tiene todo lo necesario: cama limpia y cómoda, ventana, ducha, inodoro (en cuclillas, por si acaso), hervidor de agua e incluso una botella de agua de cortesía. El wifi funcionaba bien y estable. Además, me dejaron guardar mi equipaje gratis durante un día. En resumen, un lugar genial. ¡Muy agradecido a los dueños y les deseo todo lo mejor!

This hotel is mainly recommended for the price and the location, it's 2 steps from the metro, there are scooters to scan just around the corner, and it's easy to go everywhere. The room and the bathroom are not super clean, just OK, but the bedsheets are bright white. There is no lift but the owner helped with the luggage, I would recommend it but it depends what 's important for you!

Unfortunately, this was the worst hotel I stayed in during my 5-months trip across Asia. That being said, it was one of the cheapest options I could find last minute in Kunming, and at least it provided a roof over my head. The hotel is not centrally located, and there are very few food options nearby unless you're willing to walk 15 minutes towards Cuihu Park. However, the subway is just a 2-minute walk away and takes you directly to the city center. The bed was surprisingly comfortable — and that's where the positives end. The room itself was dated, extremely gloomy, and had no natural light due to the window facing a wall. The overall atmosphere was depressing. Cleanliness was superficial at best: stains on the walls, unwashed mirrors, visible mold, and an overall musty smell. The squat toilet emitted a strong, unpleasant odor that lingered even with the door closed, and there was a persistent smell of old cigarette smoke. The noise levels were also unbearable. The walls are paper-thin: we could hear every conversation, every door slam, and even the building rigjt next to the hotel talking loudly non-stop until 2 am every night. One night, we were woken up by the owner and his wife cleaning a room and chatting loudly at... 2 am! And talking loudly again as early as 6am. Peaceful night? Just forget it. Also the hallway light will flood into our room every time someone will go through the hallway because there is no proper curtains from the bayhroom. The room was also tiny, we could barely open our backpacks. In short, this hotel may be cheap, but it comes at the cost of comfort, rest, and basic hygiene. I would not stay here again.

The hotel is located down a back alley, close to a public toilet, which unfortunately gives the area a noticeable and unpleasant smell. When I checked in, the room also had a bad odor and the toilet light wasn’t working. I asked to switch rooms, but the host seemed displeased and asked me to pay extra for the change. I was too tired to argue and just paid the additional amount. The next morning, I was woken up early by loud bird chirping from the neighbour property, and the bed was quite hard, which left me with neck pain. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place due to the poor location, smell, service, and overall experience. If you're on a very tight budget, it might be worth considering, but otherwise, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Not bad at all. Its good for solo traveling and save money and location is in perfect place, near panjiawan subway station.
