5/5 – An Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Hospitality! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The service was excellent—they even arranged a pickup for us, which was incredibly helpful. What really stood out was how kind and attentive everyone was, especially with our 5-month-old baby. When we needed assistance with getting our little one vaccinated, the staff helped us navigate everything smoothly. Their genuine care made a huge difference. The amenities were fantastic—having laundry service included was a lifesaver for us as traveling parents. We also enjoyed the free coffee and snacks available throughout the day, and the breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. We also appreciated the hotel’s warm and safe atmosphere. The fact that the staff is mainly female added to the welcoming and comforting environment. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely return if we’re back in the area. You may ask why we had to come back to this hotel after visiting Lijiang and Dali, the answer is definite! Combined with the beautiful city scenery, people can feel the unique cultural atmosphere and humanistic charm of Kunming. There are various restaurants and specialty shops on the cultural and tourism street within a hundred meters , it is a very unique experience., I would say the most memorable thing in Z Hotel is the ladies in the kitchen, they cook up a feast, My Goodness! Fruit and veggies are incredibly fresh and delicious, they even offered Starbucks Coffee is a Bonus!

We had a wonderful time at Z Hotel. The hotel is very beautiful and located in a peaceful area in Kunming. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We got excellent tea, fresh fruits and dessert everyday. They even helped us with washing our clothes.
