It is definitely more wedding venue, more local oriented, very nice territory around, good for photoshoot and stuff , nice and friendly staff helped me a lot, but it was a bit confusing in general, like i booked it cause of hotsprings and outdoor pool, turns out you cannot use the outdoor pool and from all hot things was working only one stone bath. So basically we ended up in a very strange situation when 3 groups of people have or to wait in line to that bath or seat on each other. However Indoor pool was nice, big and clean, but bring your towel. The room itself is ...let's say not cosy and a lot reminded a changing room, probably cause of sink right next to the bed. So sum up, good place to have fun, massage, spa say, nice photos and so on, but maybe not a best place to stay for tourist.

The hotel is large and advertised many facilities however during our stay we discovered many were not open at this time. The hot springs near the swimming pool are empty and at the pool they were reluctant to give us towels. The swimming pool seems mainly used for swimming lessons and wasn’t really set up for lounging or hanging out.
A friend looked at the spa but was initially refused because she was a foreigner. There was a discussion with different managers but it wasn’t a welcoming experience.
Breakfast was tasty with a good variety and the room was large and comfortable.
The location was far from restaurants (aside from a very local strip with some noodle places). So we needed a taxi to get anywhere.

This is a big hotel for conferences, and if that is what you are here for then perhaps you will have a nice time.
We didn’t care so much for the place, the decor was old and very dated, and the staff looked miserable (suicidal in some cases), and the big beautiful outside swimming pool is not actually for swimming (we got told off for going near that one) - it seems to be just for wedding photos. The actual outdoor swimming pool is far more boring….I don’t think we will return to this hotel

從雲南迴四川的過的路上，定了這家酒店總體來説十分滿意，是一個很大的成熟型酒店了。是一個園林房間，我們到的時候已經很晚了，小姐姐很耐心的幫我們辦了入住，就是有點可惜，沒有體會到好温泉，下次再來體驗吧！

首先在預訂雲安會酒店後，會有管家提前聯繫你，告訴你酒店的具體的位置，在我告知管家小姐姐家中有長者和小朋友後，小姐姐主動幫我們升級，同時還幫我免費加了床，整個酒店環境可以用大氣磅礴來形容，非常優美幽靜，本來衹住一晚，長者説這是出來旅遊睡的最好的酒店，於是立馬續住一晚。其次再説説酒店早餐，中西混合，菜式豐富，特別是米線比在外面的還好吃，值得推薦，服務的小哥哥都很熱情，而且酒店也可以泡温泉，非常解乏，會向周圍的朋友推薦
