The hostel is within five minutes walk to Kunming Railway Station (although I had problems getting to the hostel from the subway. The exit advised by Trip is incorrect). It’s on the 28th floor of Building 1. The hostel is clean albeit a bit untidy (e.g. toothpaste tubes in the bathroom). The friendly host suggested for me to stay at Building 8 if I wanted quiet but I was fine with where I was. Disposable towels are provided at 1 yuan

The hostel is very well located near the train station, a short walk away, and surrounded by shops, restaurants and street food. The lady who welcomed me speaks English, which is very helpful for communication. Overall, I found it convenient.

The owner is very nice. I had troubles, finding the hostel, even though I was sent a description beforehand and she came down to the street to pick me up.
The hostel is not much more than two dorms, a kitchen and a bath, but especially if you’re only there for a night or two or are out all day long anyway, it’s perfekt.

The owner of the place was always super helpful for any questions or doubts. I am really happy to have been staying there, I definitely recommend that. The only downside for me was the mattress, it was really too thin and it was not ideal for my back. But I guess that's personal preference.

Very close to the station (10 minutes walk) and very helpful host. She upgraded me for free.
The apartment was a bit crowded by stuff.

設施：設施挺完善的該有的東西都有 床比較軟挺好睡的 被子也挺好的 都是一客一換很乾凈沒有異味 有門禁卡比較安全 而且小區周圍要買東西也都可以買有便利店還有很多小吃店
衞生：酒店的老闆非常好 她每天都打掃衞生 每天都會拖地什麼的 住户也比較衞生
環境：挺好的 物有所值 很乾凈 小區裏面有綠植 晚上吃完飯可以散步 離昆明站也很近 坐地鐵去其他地方也很方便
服務：非常適合i人 老闆話不多不會沒有邊界感 而且很禮貌很善良 規定也寫的明明白白非常為住户考慮 推薦一個人旅行來這裏住 不會感覺不自在

一個人來雲南，第一站昆明住在了這裏，全女生很親切很安心，店家小姐姐基本上一直都在，每個人一個床位，有窗簾，還有陽台，活動空間也挺大的，挺喜歡這裏的～花花買多了，小姐姐插了一些在花瓶，很漂亮，贊！
