這次一家三口昆明行的目的就是看滇池的海鷗，攜程上搜尋到這家感覺裏海埂大壩挺近，評價也很高，便選擇了這家酒店，這家是坐落在別墅區的輕奢風格的民宿，非常安靜，人員經常走大門，進入別墅區要保安開門，非常安全。 車可以經地下車庫直接到大堂（酒店大堂設在-2層），車到大堂門口停車位，工作人員（後來知道應該也是老闆之一）就來幫忙搬行李，很是熱情。 我們一家三口入住大床房，理論上上衹有雙份早餐，可以美麗的女老闆在每晚送銀耳紅棗湯時，告知我們三人都可以下去吃早餐，真是感動。 早餐也是美女老闆一大早親自做，誰説簡單，倒也吃的很舒服，稀飯，豆漿，配以現蒸的包子餃子燒賣等很有家庭的感覺。 出別墅大門走路200米就能欣賞到成羣的海鷗，不必到海埂大壩。
