Nice location with zero hospitality We have one day family stay in this resort. 1) your vehicle need to parked outside the resort on steep slope. There was ample space inside for parking inside but manegement will not allow vehicle inside. 2) room ambiance was not upto mark..feels like normal room with less facility...not as per payment u have paid. 3) there was flacuation in light so you have to take ac remote in your hand to operate ac. 4)this is proper veg resort and only limited veg dishes available.non veg and drinks was not available and not allowed. 5) But quality of veg food which is available in resort was ausom. 6) swimming pool was very small and quality of water is very bad. 7) there are less trained local villagers was appointed for hospitality u can imagine further. 8) outer scenario was amezing. Outer scenario -5 star Veg food - 4 star Room-2 star Service-2 star

Located on hilltop in khandala, it is one of the most peaceful & beautiful place to have a staycation. You can enjoy view of hills from every room. The service & hospitality is top notched, the rooms are spacious, clean with good air conditioning. The view from room is amazing, you can sip on coffee & enjoy the view. Coming to food part, its a pure veg place but the options are too many. Would highly recommend the pizzas & pastas. In indian we loved their dal khichdi, paneer tikka masala. Do try out the tiramisu as well. And the best part about this place is that you can even enjoy floating breakfast that too with so many breakfast options. Its definitely a worth trying experience You can even enjoy some indoor games & they even have spa facilities. *Overall experience:- Stay-5/5 Food-5/5

One of best hotel in lonavala for staycation . And best for the sunset view . Staff nd service are really good . I recommend you if you are planning to visit lonavala must stay at hotel South 360 and must try there floting hii tea in pool nd candle light dinner too

This European themed Resort is one of the most scenic resort ever. The view from the window is mesmerising as the resort is on the top of the hill and you can enjoy the views of western ghats from every corner of the resort. This luxurious property makes you feel like you are somewhere in Europe. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff were amazing. The buggy ride while check in and check out was really enjoyable. Must try their bucket floating breakfast in swimming pool. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone.

Good spacious rooms and delicious veg food. However, very poor housekeeping and service with fused room bulbs and leaking taps. Not worth a repeat visit. Money wasted No room service provided. Playroom not maintained etc

Floating Breakfast experience was Very unique and highly recommended Candle Light Dinner was unforgettable Recreational activities like Spa , Game Zone that would keep you entertained Buggy available Network coverage here was good Parking available just outside the Resort
