On arrival we were allocated our room quickly and efficiently. All the hotel staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. The canteen staff are very efficient. Dragona our room attendant was absolutely great. Our room was kept very clean and was very comfortable. We have enjoyed our break.

This modern hotel is stunning! Fantastic location, superb views, and with its own beach. Rooms are fabulous, clean, and modern. Staff attentive and friendly. That's the good bits! Food was plentiful but very limited and, most importantly, not kept hot. Struggled to find something edible most nights tbh. However, salad bar was good. Breakfast was very limited, but I always found something to eat - the same every day got a bit boring. All inclusive package was a bad deal. Beer ok (Peroni), but very basic wine and spirits - not impressed. Also AI bar was a long walk from the main area. There was nowhere near enough lounging areas for the people here. Some guests ended up bringing in the patio seating, which caused them to be reprimanded! All in all, it's a great hotel but needs a health and safety review for the food and a rethink about guest seating.

The colour scheme in the hotel is beautiful as is the furniture and rooms. We had a suite on the top floor, a huge balcony with wall to wall sunshine all day. On arrival we were greeted by lovely staff and well taken care of all week. The food was delicious with lots of choice. The free sun loungers on the beach were plentiful. The sea was calm and warm. Highly recommend this beautiful relaxing hotel. Top marks

The hotel is stunning, the rooms are modern and stylish with lots of sitting space, new tv and walk in rainfall shower. All good there. The food was definitely dumbed down for an English pallet, nothing exciting or different(which is what I was expecting) but in no means was it not good food. Pizza was amazing, beef goulash and everything with chicken was top notch. For me, the desserts were not my style, but I won’t hold it against them. They were well presented and seemed to be popular amongst other guests, just not for me. The gym is mediocre, do not expect David Lloyd’s. It has a lat pull down machine,some pull up bars and a treadmill. Swimming facilities I really enjoyed, infinity pool inside and outside. The private beach is huge and clean, and the sea is crystal clear. And most of the staff were really helpful, especially one who helped me find somewhere to watch the England game. The views from the hotel are just immense, and if you do stay here, take a walk down to Portonovi, it’s beautiful. A funny thing is, as I’m a solo traveller, I would go up for food and put the plate on the table and go for a drink. I’d come back and the food was gone as the staff are constantly cleaning and sorting tables. Which is a good thing in the bigger picture Also, lots of stray cats to play with outside. You can get cat food from the supermarket next door for about 3€. However, the 4 star rating comes down to these few negatives. 1. One day the outside of the hotel started to really stink of sewage, when I came back later that day for a shower, the bathroom absolutely stunk. 2. The staff had made the bed the first day, which is what I would expect. After this, no real effort was put in to the room. The creased sheet from the night before was just carelessly thrown over the bed for the remainder of my stay. Just not professional. 3. The drinks served were just watered down syrup, the fizzy drinks that is. The beer and juice were good. Luckily there is a supermarket right outside, so I could buy some Coke that didn’t taste like a bottle of water. 4. And one rude, unhelpful member of reception finishes off the list.

Amazing hotel, friendly staff, the food choice is fantastic in all inclusive package, the private beach and view is wonderful. The room was cosy and modern. A great choice of excursions, car rent available in the hotel. There are nearby towns to explore.
