Worst hotel. No instant hot water u hv to wait nearly half an hour for hot water in taps as after wasting 2 to 3 buckets of water. Toilets will be cleaned only if u notice. Earlier customer used bed sheet and spread were not changed.. Too costly just because it's just opp railway station. Don't consider this hotel ever u hv many more good rooms near by first enquire with locals nd proceed

Very neat and clean room. Recommended for family also. Very close to railway station and bus stand.

Very poor quality food. Very expensive. Not neat. Please avoid staying here, the management is minting money without any logic

A very nice restaurant, good sunset,warmful welcome,good services,quality and amazing platters, tasty food really we enjoyed.Follows by an excellent services, wonderful employees.We enjoyed a lovely early sunset and amazing dinner.

Good hospitality and restaurant food is little costly and rooms are clean and neat and very good location. Easy approachable people and they taken care very well and we are welcomed as home people and I can recommend the hotel to my friends and relatives

I faced following issues: 1) bed was uncomfortable. Spring had come out. I could feel the spring with my hand itself. 2) bathroom was not clean. Shower curtain was dirty and seems not washed for a long time 3) service was poor. Whatever request was made to reception, it was not taken care. I asked to clean dustbins in the room when i was going out in the morning, but it was not cleaned even when i returned at night. When i asked the receptionist, he was telling, it should have been cleaned ***** with the room cleaning, but i informed him that room itself was not cleaned. After this since bed was uncomfortable & spring had come out, i asked him to send a comforter to be put over the bed. Housekeeping person came up to my room and asked me to change my room telling that extra comforter was not available. I informed him that i cannot change my room in the middle of the night. Upon which he came back with extra bedsheets. Then i had to raise my voice, upon which he brought comforter. Second day i requested the receptionist to send a knife for cutting some fruits. I had to followup again after 30 mins to get the knife.
