Has a great stay and will be back. The hotel is conveniently situated on top of the shopping mall and next to train station. Parking is just in b1 and the hotel will give you discount when parking in b1 which cost only 1.000 yen for overnight parking. The room is nice and super comfy to stay. The staffs are all so attentive and friendly.

Hotel is 5 tram stops away from Kumamoto station, red line. Shopping street is conveniently located, just a few minutes walk away, with many stores and eateries..There was a big Christmas market just in front of the shopping street.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and have all amenities needed. They have coin operated washer cum dryer on 3rd floor, 600 yen.
Nice hotel for a short stay.

The hotel is very modern and is in great condition. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are spacious by Japan standards. The design is clean and very contemporary. Just around the corner from the walking street and new shopping mall and bus station. A few stations from the main train station on the tram. Highly recommended.

La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente. Es un edificio que combina transporte y compras. El diseño es muy novedoso. El servicio de limpieza del hotel es muy serio y cuidadoso. Nos alojamos tres noches y lo limpiaban todos los días, incluso las zapatillas se cambiaban todos los días.
El desayuno es muy recomendable. Puedes ver el hermoso castillo de Kumamoto y las vistas a las montañas desde el restaurante paisajístico del piso 14.

The Triple Room was too small to accommodate 3 adults. Insufficient space to place 2 big luggages in the room and even harder to open the luggage.
The receptionists were not so friendly however the amenities are more than enough with self-service at the Lobby. All kind of FOC hot and cold drinks are available at the common space canteen too. Location-wise is good as all the restaurants and Pharmacies are just walking distance away.

TThere’s A World To SeeA lovely hotel to stay in close to Kumamoto Castle. The rooms are nice and clean with friendly staff who are very helpful.
Bath areas on the 12th floor are also quite nice and have a range of offerings inside.
Breakfast was included with the price we paid, however, all the food was a little tasteless, if paying for breakfast, it is easy to go downstairs and get something but I’d probably go somewhere else if paying.

熊本城が見えるし歩いていけれる距離。繁華街も歩いていけれる。駐車場は提携駐車場3ヶ所あります。
駐車場に行くのに迷って電話でナビしてもらいました。
ホテルのスタッフも親切丁寧笑顔が良き。ホテルも綺麗で新しい。水回りも綺麗。空気清浄機もあるし枕も2個ある。屋上テラスからも熊本城がみえて最高😀ワンドリンクもあり。コードもあるし、貸し出しサービスも色々あるし、チェックアウト後も荷物預かってくれるなんて最高です😊また訪れた時は利用したい。

Though I didn't have the opportunity to visit the natural hot springs this time, I look forward to experiencing them during my next stay. If you're seeking cozy comfort and authentic cuisine in Kumamoto, Super Hotel Lohas is a great choice.

RRomanI think it was the biggest disappointment so far. The hotel is fine if you stay for one night. But more — I doubt it. For example, it is mandatory to leave at 10:00 even if you stay for more than one night. You can pay 1500 yen, but it literally gives you nothing. You can’t use sauna and sento. You received no additional service or amenities. Even sleeping is hard — the staff changes sheets. Next, people actually live in this capsule hotel. It means they get up very early, loud, alarm clocks, etc. Finally, the locker room is super tiny. There is little space. No benches. Definitely will not stay again.
Good sides — the staff is polite, and you can store your luggage at the counter. Actually, you must, but people still carry their luggage upstairs.

UUsuario invitadoI honestly do not know where to start, I booked the hotel without really knowing much about Kumamoto Prefecture. After arriving in Kumamoto City and then realising Ueki Onsen is another 40 minute bus ride I was thinking oh dear where am I staying. After arriving at the hotel I was greeted by the manager of the hotel who showed me to my room and gave me a tour of the facilities. Once settled in I realised there isn't great public transport around and I primarily wanted to see Beppu and Yufuin during my stay, I enquired with the manager on where I might be able to rent a car, with little to no Japanese language under my belt he took it upon himself to reserve a vehicle for me and offered to drive me himself to collect it. He then also said he would take me back to return it a few days later. After my trips to Beppu and Yufui village (Not to be missed) and not to miss the outstanding and beautiful surroundings in Uekimachi and the Aso region. The manager and I set off to return my hire car, on the way back he took me to Kikuchi shrine to pray and also gifted me coffee and cake. They also accommodated me with use of the on site onsen (amazing) after hours as I'm heavily tattooed. I feel truly grateful to have found this hidden gem of rural Japan and if you are thinking of traveling this great country I emplore you to go off the beaten path. I experienced untold kindness during my stay and have memories of a life time. Thank you so much guys
