Food was quite good but rest was awful.Rooms were not up to the mark and there was shortage of STAFF(Nobody assist especially at night)and parking.It looks okish online but as I paid for one day with breakfast and dinner included,it was quite expensive and not at all worth full.Dinner was really very good but the breakfast was quite disappointing there was bread jam and aloo poori with tea ONLY and Bonfire was quite good!

Check out system is very poor. I waited for about an hour to check out. I called the hotel management several times but they gave very little response.

at the time in peak season may month rates are reasonably spacious room. quality of food average. staff are friendly. specially reception .

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, balcony is attached with each room. Staff behaviour was good. Cleanliness can be improved a bit.

The hotel is good but the bed was not comfortable. The location is not good. When i reached manali i tried to call the property owner and the number was not accessible.

Upon arrival, i was warmly greeted by the courteous staff, whose attention to detail and professionalism set the tone for the rest of my stay. The check-in process was swift and efficient, allowing me to settle into my room without any hassle. Speaking of which, the accommodation exceeded my expectations in terms of both comfort and functionality.
