El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, un lobby frío, una sala de baile es grande y restaurantes espaciales, pero la ubicación es un poco fuera de la ciudad.

I appreciated the facilities provided, as they were well-maintained and comfortable. However, I was disappointed with the level of customer service. The staff were not as friendly or understanding as I had hoped. After a long journey driving from afar, I was unable to respond to their WhatsApp messages promptly. While I acknowledge this was my oversight, the way the situation was addressed felt unnecessarily harsh. A more considerate and empathetic approach would have made a significant difference. I hope the management can foster better understanding and kindness towards their guests in the future.

Un hotel sorpresa… le enseñó el envejecimiento a base de exterior… para mi sorpresa el interior había sido reformado y nuevo!! Muebles nuevos y súper limpios. Habitación espaciosa también. Una ganga y definitivamente volveré. Buen trabajo de la dirección del hotel. ¡¡Felicidades!! p/s: solo que no hay estacionamiento… ese es el único punto negativo

El servicio al cliente fue excelente, ya que el personal respondió a mis preguntas de correo electrónico antes de que me inspeccioné, lo cual fue útil y tranquilizador. Las instalaciones y instalaciones (cajón eléctrico, té/cafete, azúcar, botellas de agua, nevera, caja fuerte, guardarropa, agua caliente en la ducha y lavandería, jabón y jabón, toallas limpias, limpieza diaria, TV) están todas como se espera y se enumeran en la confirmación de reserva. La habitación es amplia con vistas a la ciudad. La ubicación está cerca del Mall de la Ciudad, que es bueno, pero está un poco lejos de los Lugares de interés turístico (Museos, Agua, Parque Público, etc.) en Kuching, lo que significa que tienes que reservar un taxi a/del centro de la ciudad, así que tienes que hacer esto en su cálculo.

La estancia fue muy buena. Me gusta la ubicación, ya que Riverside está justo en frente del hotel. Sin embargo, la sala de fitness no estaba en condiciones satisfactorias. Estaba en una categoría inferior a la de mi estancia anterior (antes del COVID). Aparte de eso, la habitación estaba bien y me gusta el desayuno que ofrecen.

Stayed at a hotel just opposite the famous Cat Statue in Kuching, and overall, it was a decent experience. The location is definitely the highlight – everything is within walking distance, and there’s even a sampan service right behind the hotel, which made it really convenient to explore the area. The room itself was okay. The aircond worked well – maybe a bit too well since it was freezing cold at times. The bed was on the harder side, not exactly my preference. The bathroom looked a bit dated, with a bathtub included, but honestly, I would’ve preferred a separate shower and tub. However, one thing that could be improved is the bathrobe – it was way too thin. Breakfast was okay, especially since they served local favorites like Sarawak Laksa and Kolo Mee. In short, great location, decent breakfast, but the room comfort could be better. Perfect for a short stay if you want easy access to tourist spots.
