Thank you for the special complimentary and excellent service. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. This have given my 16th wedding anniversary with my husband so wonderful and memorable. Breakfast at the Chinese Resto ( Gu Jin) was awesome! Love the siew mai and dumplings. Definitely will go again! Kudos Sheraton Kuching.

they were renovating during our stay so some ammenities weren’t exactly where they are but overall it was a value for money stay. they upgraded us to the executive suite which was a really big room. some parts of the room like the paint is abit worn down if you really stare at it. the water pressure was really bad but despite that the room was clean and service was good.
in room meal was not the best in terms of taste, didnt get breakfast tho. hopefully once the renovations are done it will look much betterb

A great stay in waterfront, old hotel, but the furniture and cleanliness still acceptable. Great for business traveller. But suggest hotel to make a specific smoking area outside the hotel, so the smokers not standing right infront of entrance smoking and disturbing the incoming guest, the smokes are ”welcoming” the guest giving unplesant experience. Very convenient access to shopping mall, but the shopping mall are old, not much star shop and eatable food, no much chinese food, nearby chinatown also not vibrant. All shops are closed. The good thing about this hotel is the direct access to shopping mall and basement parking, free parking for guest in and out without paying, ideal for car rental guest, no need to worry about raining. Loccitane shower and shampoo really good and add points.

Stayed at a hotel just opposite the famous Cat Statue in Kuching, and overall, it was a decent experience. The location is definitely the highlight – everything is within walking distance, and there’s even a sampan service right behind the hotel, which made it really convenient to explore the area.
The room itself was okay. The aircond worked well – maybe a bit too well since it was freezing cold at times. The bed was on the harder side, not exactly my preference. The bathroom looked a bit dated, with a bathtub included, but honestly, I would’ve preferred a separate shower and tub. However, one thing that could be improved is the bathrobe – it was way too thin.
Breakfast was okay, especially since they served local favorites like Sarawak Laksa and Kolo Mee.
In short, great location, decent breakfast, but the room comfort could be better. Perfect for a short stay if you want easy access to tourist spots.

The room needed work. Marks on wall but to leaks. Staff friendly. A good Ramadan buffet with very nice staff. Pool was great, I was only one using it.
Chinese resturant not open and resturant full when raining so limited for dinner. Used room service, came in no time.

La estancia fue muy buena. Me gusta la ubicación, ya que Riverside está justo en frente del hotel. Sin embargo, la sala de fitness no estaba en condiciones satisfactorias. Estaba en una categoría inferior a la de mi estancia anterior (antes del COVID). Aparte de eso, la habitación estaba bien y me gusta el desayuno que ofrecen.

Un hotel sorpresa… le enseñó el envejecimiento a base de exterior… para mi sorpresa el interior había sido reformado y nuevo!! Muebles nuevos y súper limpios. Habitación espaciosa también. Una ganga y definitivamente volveré. Buen trabajo de la dirección del hotel. ¡¡Felicidades!!
p/s: solo que no hay estacionamiento… ese es el único punto negativo

habitación con vista al río. la ubicación es increíble. A poca distancia del paseo marítimo de Kuching. La habitación es modesta y bastante sencilla: decoraciones y muebles sencillos y simplemente aburridos. Decir que el lugar es un hotel de cinco estrellas es una exageración. decepcionado con el aire acondicionado, incapaz de enfriar la habitación al nivel deseable. Las comodidades proporcionadas no son adecuadas para una habitación familiar.

Overall experience was good. The family enjoyed the stay. But there's room for improvement.. We were given a room facing the back yard of the building even though we booked a room facing the pool. I did ask for change but was told all rooms were already occupied, even though we were amongst the earliest to check in and many others came later after us but given room facing the pool.

I especially appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms, which made my stay very pleasant. Additionally, the strategic location of the hotel, with its proximity to nearby shopping malls and easy access to the hospital, was incredibly convenient and added to the overall comfort of my stay.
However, I would like to provide some feedback regarding the buffet breakfast. I noticed that the current selection of breakfast items is somewhat limited. Adding more variety to the menu would greatly enhance the dining experience for guests. Perhaps including more options such as a wider range of fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and local delicacies could cater to diverse tastes and dietary preferences.

HHenry TyeThe Theater Hotel Kuching was a pretty solid choice for my business trip. I loved the keyless entry – no fumbling for cards at the door after a long flight! Check-in was a breeze, and the room itself was modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed to get work done and recharge.
The only downside? There was a big event happening in their hall one night, and the music definitely carried. If you're a light sleeper, maybe request a room further away. But overall, a good option for a quick business trip, especially if you value convenience and a modern vibe.

RRaja .HPlace is good for families stay n business as well. Hotel have gym n swimming pool n beside mall which make great 1 stop for evrything you need.
Room : have kitchen cabinet filled with items you can cook, heat light meals and have it in the rooms, wit flat table.
Bathroom : shower n Toilet size minimum if you dont mind the space. They have split it with mirror n utensils section before entering toilet/shower..

FFazlie BinPara describir mejor este lugar, es como un mini paraíso en una roca que mira el mar hermoso, con una torsión de estar en grandes culverts de concerto cilindrico.
Puedes verlo fácilmente a lo largo de la carretera a Damay con su gran logo circular en su puerta. La puerta estaba cerrada a las 3:00, pero debido a la entrada principal que se veía fácilmente desde la zona de recepción, no tardó mucho para abrir la puerta, y yo sólo me dirigí a la puerta.
El receptionista fue muy amable y bienvenido, también profesional, después de comprobarnos en nosotros se nos dio una gira rápida, destacando las instalaciones y las áreas públicas.
La habitación en sí, siendo muy guapa en su propio camino, no es demasiado difícil de manejar alrededor, mientras no se apresure y se golpee alrededor de la habitación relativamente pequeña. Se han construido pasos adecuados para ayudar a subir y moverse, con puntos de almacenamiento simples alrededor de la cama, que por sí solo ocupa alrededor de la mitad de la habitación. EERICKSONS NAWONDI recently stayed at the hotel, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly front desk personnel who were happy to answer all my questions.

LLady 3rynSpacious room. Neat & tidy. Nice city view from the room (higher floor as requested). But the housekeeper keeps giving us only 2 towels instead of 3 because we booked for 3 pax. Breakfast is tasty. Service from the restaurant & front desk are good 👍👍👍👍
