Additionally, there's a 24-hour emart and 7-Eleven right nearby, making it easy to grab snacks or essentials at any time. One of the highlights of the area is the famous Nasi Dagang Atas Tol across the hotel, a must-try local delicacy. Grab services are readily available, and the response time is impressively fast, which is great for getting around. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but it still provides the essentials for a pleasant stay. The rooms are comfortable, though the standard room requires you to request face towels and room slippers. However, a unique touch is that they provide toilet slippers, which I've not found at many other hotels. Breakfast is simple but offers a selection of local dishes, giving guests a taste of Terengganu's traditional flavors. The staff is notably friendly, helpful, and courteous, always ready to assist with any queries. It's also a Muslim-friendly hotel, with facilities and services that cater to the needs of Muslim travelers. For those visiting Terengganu, I would definitely consider booking Paya Bunga Hotel again. The central location, basic but comfortable amenities, and friendly service make it a solid choice for anyone passing through the area.

Big room. Comfortable. Bathrooms are all clean. Limited breakfast. Gotta go down a little fast. Overall everything is okay. The hotel is really close to the payang market.  in the middle of the city. Can be reached on foot. In front of the hotel there is a white mosque. Muslims can pray near there.  Only this is an old hotel. So the furniture is all old. Receptionists are all friendly. Really satisfied. School holiday fully book. Must book early.

All about facilities are fine,breakfast is okey but receptionist at front desk name hazie.... very cocky and she not even smiling. Its very hard to find receptionist who work at hotel like that..please la change your attitude..very poor.

Todo está bien. Pero el aire acondicionado es ruido. Cuando le pedí cambiar la habitación, dijo que estaba reservado, había una habitación dejada, pero no había ade en línea había 5 habitaciones más. Aircond no puede swing. 😓 Yo también pago caro. breakfirst está bien, no hay opciones. no puede repetir. Gracias

Location, Cleanliness & Amenities: This hotel boasts one of the most convenient and fantastic locations imaginable. It's close to all the key areas, with popular attractions just 15 to 20 minutes away. The room was incredibly comfortable and cozy, spotless, and fresh. From the moment we entered the hotel until we reached our room, everything was perfect, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly made us feel at home. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and we already miss the hotel! I was especially impressed by the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping the rooms inviting and fresh throughout our stay. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in providing a clean, comfortable environment for its guests. The common areas were also well-maintained, contributing to the hotel’s welcoming vibe. The attention to detail in cleanliness really enhanced our stay, making it even more enjoyable and relaxing. Service: The service at this hotel was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the Front Desk team, including Mr. Riduan, Ms. Aida, Ms. Ain, Ms. Aishah, Ms. Aimi, Ms. Syafikah, Mr. Adam, and Ms. Syafiqah. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering helpful suggestions and regularly checking in to ensure our comfort. Their kindness and genuine care truly made a difference in our experience, and their positive attitude significantly enhanced our stay. It's clear that the hotel truly values its guests, and their exceptional service was one of the highlights of our visit. Every interaction with the team was marked by warmth, efficiency, and a true commitment to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. It’s rare to find such high-level service, and it played a huge role in making our time at the hotel so wonderful. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for going above and beyond! Special Thanks: Lastly, a big thank you to Mr. Amir for solving our biggest issue. He kindly allowed us to park in the most convenient area, which truly became a lifesaver for our car. Very strategic location. 2minutes walk from kuala terengganu bus station, 10 minute walk to pasar payang and closed to others shops too. Room was clean and well maintain. Water pressure the best. Thanks for the early check in. Definitely will come back if i were in terengganu.
