Cleanliness
-bathroom floor very dirty (room 2304, on July 13th 2024)
-please bring your own bathroom slipper because it feels very nasty to step on the bathroom floor
-shower water drainage poor
-the room’s floor is carpetted, the carpet was dusty, makes us keep on sneezing during our stay
Comfortibility
-bed and pillow was great
-aircond and ceiling fan both functioned well
Service
-we came at 2pm for check in, there were a lot of people, need to queue to check in
-we only manage to enter our room at 4.15pm
-staff name Imran and Sophia at the counter were polite and Ms Sophia help us to get a room faster (because at first they informed us that our room will only be ready at 5pm lol)
-staff Mr Fitri at the counter help us with our checkout on the next day, he was polite as well
-even their bellboy (an indian uncle), was also very polite and friendly
Parking
-they informed us that if we validate our tng card at the hotel reception after checkout, we will only need to pay RM5 for our parking
-but when we scan our tng card when going out, midvalley deducted RM10 from our card
-is this a scam? lol if the normal parking is RM10 then its better if we just park at the cititel valet parking
Location
-strategic location, there is a direct door going into the midvalley shopping mall
