I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel receptionist recognized me as a returning guest. Without any questions asked, they upgraded my room to a Premier King. A thoughtful gesture that made my stay even better. Definitely will come back again!

VERY good location and convenience for family trip .Just a few walk to shopping center and 24 hours convenience stall nearby.

We booked a total of 4 rooms ( two twin and two double). Hotel arranged for 2 connecting rooms and for all the rooms to be on the same floor. Love that they took the initiative to do this. Check in was fast and hassle free. Hotel service is excellent and room is big compared to another hotel within the same mall.

Perfect stay at this hotel. It feels like I want to stay longer in my room. Strategic location with access to the Mid Vally & Garden’s Mall. 5 star because there’s a lot of free movies installed in each room. Excellent as we can watch movie till midnight.

My first time at St Giles Boulevard and everything had been impeccablly smooth from check in, my 2 nights stay, and check out. Bedroom was really comfy and it had all I needed! I'm looking forward to staying here again when I'm back in KL the next time. Thank you!
