There are stains on the bedsheets and pillows, the towel are worn out. Downstairs there is a restaurant with people screaming and chatting until 3am.

The hotel is located at KL city centre. Very convenient and easy access to all places around KL via commuters. Room is clean and we have pleasant stay here.

Space limited in room, the location near to street and train, so some noise during night time. Hot water very stable, comfortable. Facilities have gym room, small but kind of complete, there is also shower room in gym room. The space at rooftop quite clean then expected (thought there will be lot of birds' "gold'. Kedai Mamakjust right behind the hotel. Overall very good.

Staff at this hotel go above and beyond. Excellent stay, and beds and pillows are nice and comfy. Restaurant attached to hotel is good also.

Location is great very near to KL Sentral. convenient to travel around by all kind of transportation . About cleanliness and amenities for the 1st day I stay in room 421 the condition of the room is very bad. Bath room can’t close.Pillows and towels very dirty. I demand for change of room . They change me to room 501 the next day . For room 501 is much better than room 421 .

For those new traveler that just come to KL, i highly recommend this hotel. 1st things is their location, they do connected with KL sentral with that linked with major public transport in KL. you will no need worry about transport issue. 2nd things is their service, they do provide best service as i have request few things with them they also able to provide to me. 3rd things is the cleanliness, as a budget hotel they do able to maintain their cleanliness is very rare to see at budget hotel. The only bad is the Sound insulation. although the room door they sure are very thick, but you still will listen the sound from corridor. beside this issue, there is nothings big issue from this hotel. Highly recommend you all to stay at here.

I've stayed here countless times. Very good customer service. Location is the best because it is close to many public transportation. Near the mall too. I would recommend staying here if you want somewhere accessible and generally safe.
