Read all those reviews about this hotel and still decided to make it a try. Upon booking, did request on remarks to provide clean room due to sensitivity.
True enough, I am also getting the dirty rooms like other travellers.
Bedsheet got shoes dirty marks. (Someone wearing shoes step on it)
Towel got so many dirt's
Cup tray is so yellowish and dirty
Pillow casing is dirty
TV console is sticky & dirty
Mattress cover is super yellowish and dirty (didn't manage to take photos as housekeeper quickly took it away)
Request housekeeper to change to NEW
- Mattress cover
- pillow casing
- bedsheet
- quilt cover
- towel
Only then I have peace of mind to stay at this hotel.
Maybe whoever want to stay at this hotel, upon check in, request housekeeper to change ALL in front of your eyes.
