Poor service by this provider. Requiring RM200 as security deposit eventhough Im staying less than 24 hours. So as a good customer, I still did transfer the deposit. After check out, no one says anything (there were 5 people in the group chat). I should receive my refund for the deposit in 24 hours based on their policy. The next day come and still no one replies, when I checked, 2 of them read the messages but didnt bother to reply or give any update on the refund. I asked on the refund in the group yet none replied. After an hour, I screenshot the message and sent it to each of them personally. Only then one of them replied after I said “No one is busy 24 hours”. Finally I got my refund after the crash out. No apologies no nothing. Would not consider it anymore despite the good stay this place offer. They should learn basic customer handling etiquette. All of them should.

Cleanliness is average.
Paid $400 as a deposit but didn’t get it back .
Tried to text them for refund but the group chat didn’t reply.
Bad service and felt like we got scammed.
Trip should remove them otherwise we don’t feel safe booking with Trip.com.

Very nice place. Easy to access to public transport. Near with LRT Bangsar. Just beside the hotel. Walking distance.

Pleasant stay and it was really clean. However the location isn't as great if you are travelling alone. Might be a bit unsafe for female travellers especially.

Loved the loft unit. Balcony had a good view outside but overall stayed because of the loft. Not hard to get to as there's a bridge from LRT station. Just one stop away from KL Sentral. From Bangsar LRT station, you can take the bus to go Mid Valley for nearby shopping.
The surrounding area of the apartment has a few eating places but otherwise, just Grab food or Panda over. Only issue is they did not add me into the WhatsApp group for chatting my check in. Called the guy in charge listed on this app and it was immediately resolved. Thankfully I called when I arrived at the airport.

I am not a smoker. When I checked out everything was great and I requested for my deposit to be refunded. At 10pm they texted me that I messed up the whole place and accused me that I smoke cigarettes in the room. Beware of this because they did not give me the deposit receipt due to their operator left early before 10pm. Hence no refund was given to me when I requested.
