Los mejores hoteles de negocios en Kuala Lumpur

Reservamos un total de 3 habitaciones, el personal de servicio nos llevó al salón del club y nos sirvió una bebida mientras procesaban nuestro registro. Muy sencillo. Incluso pasaron una de nuestras habitaciones a una suite ya que solicitamos dos camas separadas en esa habitación en particular. Todo el personal de servicio que lo vea pasar lo recibirá con una sonrisa. El salón club era genial, con una gran variedad de comida. Así fue el desayuno. Muchas opciones para comer. En general, me encantaría volver a alojarme allí.

Hotel was newly renovated. Very modern design, bed was very comfortable, very delicious breakfast. However, the shower water was not consistent, can go from hot to cold and small to large water pressure in few seconds. Toothbrush provided was only 1 pair instead of 2 pairs. Also the glass at the bar table was not cleaned well as there was coffee stain on the glass. Overall still ok.

En general, excelente ubicación e instalaciones, ¡pero el servicio es MALO! Me gustaría resaltar que el personal, especialmente el Sr. Syafiq (botones), fue muy amable y servicial, atendió bien nuestras necesidades y superó nuestras expectativas. Él es verdaderamente un activo para la organización. Sin embargo, el personal de recepción (no amable, sin ninguna sonrisa) y el personal de la cafetería (durante el desayuno) son muy estrictos y no amables (su nombre es A_ _ S). Para la ubicación es A+, pero el servicio del personal (FAIL/POOR). ¡Gracias!

Todo estuvo bien y todo fue agradable, servicial y amable, y mis saludos al Sr. Lawrence, su muy buen hombre. Pero mejor no tomar con el desayuno. El desayuno muy, muy pobre y el servicio del buffet no es nada bueno.

Check in : The front desk is helpful and upgraded us to a Mountain View room as it was my boyfriends birthday. They even surprised us with a complimentary cake and balloons decoration in the room. And not forgetting the welcome cookie is a great touch and made us feel welcomed to the hotel. Also to share, I actually left something in the room which i only noticed 2 hours after check out, kudos to the team as they did manage to locate my item and return it back to me. Great service! Room : The room was spacious and impressive with a great view of the mountain. Toiletries that were provided is of good quality. Amenities : We used the gym that was provided and the equipment list is good for us to get a basic workout done. Breakfast : The breakfast is great with a variety of food selection which gives you a lot of options. The kitchen is great at ensuring that every dish is constantly replenished which is greatly appreciated. One thing we noticed, is that the culture within the kitchen is great, and that is a sign of a well trained crew as they were constant being friendly and work together in harmony. A shoutout to the restaurant manager who is always helpful and accommodating to our requests as well as other guests, great job! Location : Great & Convenient as the mall is just downstairs. And have few restaurants which was good and tasty. Need to improve : the carpet in the room needs to checked and repaired. As we’re walking and hurt our leg from stepping on the nail which was used to keep the carpet in place. Thankfully there wasn’t any bleeding, but regardless there were minor injury to our leg from stepping on it. Something which blemished the overall experience of our stay.

Commended for its charming atmosphere, convenient location. Praised for its friendly staffs from the Club lounge on the 18th Floor. Clean room and delicious breakfast, dinner and White wine. Will definitely come back!

An excellent hotel with fantastic support from all the concierge staff. The hotel is a great location with Heritage Road only being a side street away. A great street with a large choice of restaurants for all different palates . The pool is a lovely place to relax with the KL Tower over looking you. Also, a small walk away there is instagram opportunities with the twin towers lit up at night. Definitely would recommend this hotel when staying In Kuala Lumpur.

The hotel was so nice to stay there and it’s easy to take the hop and hop bus  you just need to cross the way going to the mall and to the mall there is a stop for the bus you can buy the ticket from the bus RM60 for Non Malaysian. The more also so nice it has famous restaurants and it has cinema so you can go there for supermarket or shopping. The view also was soooo nice, thanks to the lady in the reception she give me really nice view. 

Tuve estancias increíbles en este hotel. ¡Por el servicio en sí, fui el que más me satisfizo! Los miembros del personal fueron amables y me ayudaron mucho cuando tenía algo de qué preocuparme. En particular, me contaron todo detalladamente sobre el servicio de limpieza tal y como lo pedí. Además, la habitación era espaciosa y realmente cómoda para alojarse sin bromas. Tienes un ambiente acogedor; ¡Me hizo sentir relajado después de regresar de una larga hora de turismo! ¡El hecho de que me sirvieran dos botellas de agua todos los días y algunos enchufes para cargar el teléfono y el banco de energía, me hizo feliz! ¡Por supuesto, su ubicación es perfecta! Está cerca de la parte central de Kuala Lumpur. Por otro lado, hay una cosa que este hotel necesita arreglar. Es el sistema de recoger la mesa al desayunar. Los invitados se sientan en la mesa que quieran y deben dejar los platos en la mesa después de comer. Los empleados están caminando y limpiando la mesa cuando ven y piensan que esa mesa está bien para recoger los platos y limpiar. Hay algo mal en ello. Estaba desayunando y traté de tomar algo con un par de platos que quedaban en la mesa, los cuales pensé en comer después de tomar la bebida. Cuando regresé del rincón de bebidas, el empleado estaba limpiando mi mesa... Intenté comer los platos que me quedaban, pero mis comidas estaban limpias. Y vi algo así en otra mesa. Creo que es un desperdicio de comida. Aquí está la solución para evitar esa situación. Cada mesa o persona tiene una etiqueta que dice ”usar o no limpiar la mesa”. Cuando las personas terminan de comer y están listas para irse, lo dejan reposar sobre la mesa, lo que ayuda a los empleados a identificar si se puede limpiar esa mesa. Si los invitados quieren que les retiren los platos pero quieren tener más, piden a los empleados que los recojan. Este sistema es genial, creo. Espero que este sistema sea discutido e introducido tarde o temprano. Sin embargo, ¡tuve noches y desayunos agradables en este hotel! ¡¡Muchas gracias por brindarme servicios increíbles!!

The staff at Somerset was extremely accommodating and helpful. We were early before check in at 3pm but they were all so hospitable and brought us to the lounge to freshen up and a coffee. I wished only that they have a proper restaurant for buffet breakfast (like the rest of other Somerset locations) instead of packing in prepackaged breakfast. Other than this , everything else was perfect.
