At lobby looks very clean.. i booked around RM177, however the room was not cleaned. A lot of hairs and trace of paper seen. Looks like room already use by other people. Very upsetting. Not recommended fir value of the money

El hotel tiene una sensación de humor, las hojas sucias, la cuchara no es guantes, la ropa vieja y el olor de un olor en la habitación. TV rota, toalla limpia. No me quedaré aquí otra vez.

It was a bit of disappointment, the sleeping arrangements actually cannot accommodate for 6 adults, as the sofa bed was not stable and strong enough to hold 2 adult weight. The 2 queen size beds was placed side by side but there was not the same height, so can't to have one more person to sleep on.
So it should not advertise can accommodate for 6 pax.
Toothbrush, toothpaste was not provided and we have to go and buy.

La ubicación es muy confinada entre la zona de alojamiento (rumah kedai). Tapi, selamat je para estacionamiento. Pero, ade 4 ekor anjing mantiene menyalak alrededor de la zona. 10mins a TC y 10-15 mins a lugares de comer viral. Muy limpio, espacial para 4 personas, todavía tiene espacio para orar, cómodo baño y guardarropa tamaño. Takde refrigerador pero puede utilizar uno en el hotel. Bawah hotel es restaurante chino. Recepción amable. Iron, secador de pelo, mesa de café, toallas ya allí.

The best ocean view ever. Such a nice cozy balcony with a table and chairs.
I highly recommend to have breakfast fast there. Buffet was exceptional, and the landscaping was outstanding.

I just would like to highlight, that the hotel should get our Villa ready by on the light inside the Villa and the entrance when the guest arrives late at night. It was so dark at the Villa entrance.. tv no sound but the maintenance did a good job..he came very fast after we informed the reception..there is a yellowish stain on the bed duvet ( in future do check before guest check in)..
Overall it was a pleasant stay.. we love the concept of this resort..it's so peaceful, greenish and healing.

DDarrenReasonable price for the location, cleanliness and size of the room. Room and toilet generally clean, but Bed sheet had stains at some parts, but not smelly so should be fine. There are ants roaming about, so be careful not too drop any food or you'll be sleeping with them at night. Shower has good pressure also, but water may not be as hot as some would like even when turning on the heater for a while
Arrived the hotel at around 6am and the staff was sitting away from the reception, so wasn't sure if I could drop off my baggage yet. Finally decuded to store by baggage at 7am when they turned on the lights.
Location is probably the best part, with walkable distance to the river promenade, mosque and food options around. Kuantan 188 tower is also a stones throw away, but didn't go up this time.
Also note that the RM 3 deposit is not true, at least for Singapore and. On top of that had to fork out another RM10 for tourist tax, so RM13 extra in total. Quite disappointed that these terms were not stated during booking.
TLDR, Quite a cheap and good place to stay in kuantan for a night or two, although the extra costs have to be made clearer when booking

However, the pillowcase was old and had started to pill, creating small fabric balls that made it feel rough and unpleasant and an unpleasant smell, which was disappointing. TTan chun yap3rd floor are horrible, u can hear sound of water tank almost whole night. It was so disturbing for light sleeper. Meanwhile they moved me to another empty room with window, another nightmare! Noise from the street and very warm by day time, however they managed to move me to another better room after my complaint. An Indian girl at front desk doesn’t seems enjoy her work, kudos to housekeeper PN Zana. Room well kept during my stay
