Colosseum Hotel

Quite new hotel but everything was working fine. They have a garage and outside parking plases. Breakfast was good and it was nice to eat that outside by the pool. Thery are building more on the back of the hotel but we did not hear any noise from that.

My husband and I stayed here during the month of July for 4 nights. Had the perfect coastal break in an ideal location with beautiful weather and super helpful hotel staff. Probably the best nights sleep we’ve had during our entire stay in Albania - the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was varied and fresh and on our last night, we tried the dinner menu which was delicious. The hotel staff - Kristi, Julian, Adi and Marilena and of course everyone else - were attentive and kind. Nothing was too much trouble for them! They all really made our stay enjoyable. The cleanliness and presentation were definitely a highlight. We would absolutely recommend to future visitors to Ksamil!

I went to this hotel with a friend for vacations and I loved everything! The hotel is new, has lots of cool design details, and the boy at the reception (I don't know his name, but he has a beard) was super nice and polite. He even gave us the room with the round bed, and that was an execuse to some laughs and smiles! At breakfast, the other guy responsible by the service, was very helpful and polite to. The breakfast was good, one of the better ones that I had trough my albanian road trip: it had juice, fruit, and some delicious crepes made in the hour! The room was very clean and confortable. This hotel has a great plus: the parking floor! I really loved Ksamil and Colosseum Hotel!

Im only doing this because I am seriously aggrieved. I have had to cancel my trip to Ksamil due to a transport strike. I booked my room through an aggregator, and had planned to pay on arrival. The hotel, when I contacted them about the strike immediately deducted the full amount from my credit card. When I phoned the hotel the telephonist - hid behind "politics" of the aggregator and refused to even speak about a refund (partial or otherwise). This is through no fault of my own. I have tried calling them numerous times but my number has been blocked - this is not OK. I am disgusted by this treatment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

O hotel é bem novinho! Fica no centro da ilha de Ksamil , o que possibilita você de andar a pé pela ilha por vários lugares , caso escolha praias/beach clubs e bares/baladas nesse centro. O quarto super espaçoso, confortável, limpo diariamente e cheiroso! Funcionários muito solícitos. Restaurante do hotel é ok! Café da manhã achei muito fraco de opções para comer e quando iam acabando os itens, não repunham. Tem um estacionamento coberto que fica no subsolo, porém ainda não está totalmente finalizado. Está puro concreto! Wi-Fi é ok, você está a 5 min andando das principais atacões da cidade e de carro 10- 15 min de um beach club um pouco mais afastado. Tem piscina tbm. Sugestão de melhoria: colocar itens no frigobar! Eu recomendo muito! Voltaria e ficaria nesse hotel, decido relação custo x benefício . Ficar em Ksamil e não em Sarandë! Muito mais praias e beach clubs para visitar! E fica a 15 min de Sarandë, tranquilo para ir passar um dia , um final de tarde na cidade !
