El hotel con terraza está bien ubicado, tienen un buen restaurante, su decoración es buena y todo el personal es agradable, pero hay ruido de trabajo por la mañana y durante toda la noche ruido de las discotecas y bares que nos resultó difícil dormir. ..: muy dificil

Habitaciones muy amplias y limpias con una gran ducha y balcón. Podrás encontrar todo tipo de bares y restaurantes en la zona cercana. El personal no está realmente orientado al cliente. Cuando solo quieres la bebida, debes esperar mucho tiempo antes de que alguien se dé cuenta de ti; después de ordenar, pueden pasar hasta 15 minutos antes de que llegue tu bebida. Siento que podrían mejorar eso.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, está junto a la carretera principal, por lo que las mujeres que viajan solas no tienen que preocuparse por caminar en un callejón oscuro. Hay 711, muchos lugares de masajes y lugares de comida a solo unos pasos de distancia. ¡El servicio es genial! Todo el personal fue súper amable y servicial, P'Maria me atendió, ella me ayudó con mi check in y con las reservas de mis excursiones de un día. ¡Servicio increíble! La habitación que me dieron tiene acceso a la piscina, ¡y también era una habitación enorme! Me encanta. Definitivamente regresaría a este hotel cuando regrese a Krabi.

Klong Muang Beach
We had a really really great time at Aspira. The staff were really amazing and kind. The manager spoke great English so it was really easy to communicate. The rooms are big and spacious. However the one they gave us was on the highway and the soundproofing wasn't great. But we did get good sleep probably because we were really tired. They provided us with beach towels of our own when we were going to the beach. The beach is however a long walk (850 m) but they had special offer where they provided free shuttle service to the beach every two hours (no return though). The location is however in middle of what seems like a small village - town, with really great local eateries. You can go to Aonang if you want to have a night life which is 13 km away. You can also hike uphill to another Beach town. The location is ideal for a good time for Klong Muang which we believe was the best beach around the town. Explore the local food places run by women around the way to go to Klong Muang. They are super tasty at an affordable price , cook to order.

I had a bad experience with this booking. Firstly, I was informed that the hotel rate suddenly increased due to an error, and I had to top up the balance, which cost RM 360 or 2800 Baht. Trip said they would compensate me with 7000 coins. I then agreed to cancel my parents' room and stick with the other room for myself and my kids. But then, just one day before my travel date, a Trip staff member called me and said the room was fully booked, even though my booking was already paid for and confirmed. I’m so frustrated with both the hotel and Trip’s service. Trip wanted to relocate me to another hotel, which I felt was unfair, especially since I had been dealing with so many issues since I first booked the hotel. I now had to find another hotel for my parents at short notice. Eventually, my booking was canceled, and when Trip couldn’t find a suitable hotel for me, they offered me a stay at the original hotel again. What terrible service from both the hotel and Trip. Even though I had paid for my booking, they still changed the hotel rate and canceled my reservation.

Es un gran hotel con una excelente ubicación. Después de entrar en la concurrida calle de Aonang, te diriges a una zona tranquila del interior. El personal es amable y servicial, el hotel está limpio y bien cuidado. Nuestra habitación estaba en el último piso. Nos llevaron a la habitación con coches club. La vista es excelente, especialmente ver la puesta de sol desde el balcón es muy agradable. Si lo desea, puede relajarse mientras contempla la vista desde el jacuzzi. balcón. La cama era muy cómoda, el baño y la habitación eran amplios. Gracias por las delicias. El desayuno fue agradable, las variedades eran suficientes, pero desearía que hubiera variedades de queso. Las piscinas del hotel también cuentan con instalaciones adecuadas para masajes.
