El hotel tiene un buen servicio y está en una buena ubicación cerca de la playa de Ao Nang. El desayuno es bueno

Personal muy atento y servicial. Mis familias y yo disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia aquí. 4 días 3 noches.

Hermosa habitación limpia. El servicio de limpieza en el edificio 6 fue excelente. Es una caminata cuesta arriba desde el vestíbulo, pero el servicio de transporte suele estar listo para llevarlo de ida y vuelta. Aunque no me importó el ejercicio. Los pisos estaban muy resbaladizos en la entrada del edificio 6. Resbaló y cayó durante una fuerte tormenta. Probablemente no sea la mejor idea utilizar baldosas lisas en exteriores. Los camareros en el comedor fueron fantásticos. Muy cálido y amigable. En general, una estancia estupenda. Ubicación perfecta. A solo unos pasos de restaurantes y tiendas. A 15 minutos a pie de la playa de Ao Nang.

The staff has a good attitude, the environment is beautiful, and the room is clean and tidy.

Rooms, services and locations are good. Only problem is the noise.  Unfortunately we were located in building #2 with a room directly on the street. Very noisy until 23:00 and start again early morning. The hotel location is good but make sure to ask for a room far from the street. Avoid also the rooms near the swimming pool as music is loud, hard to relax by the pool. If you plan to read books or even work on your emails, stay away from the loudspeakers. Breakfast is good but a lot of improvement could be done to improve the customer experience. Eggs station is in the middle which mean customer’s are queuing in the middle and blocking the way.. Would be much better for the customer flow if eggs station is on a side. Easy at no cost. Only three coffee machines for a large hotel. That could be fine if it was efficient machines. I’ve never seen so slow coffee machines. Makes no sense to have a full cup of Americano. I waited 20 minutes for a coffee until it run out of water and coffee beans empty. All customers in the waiting line complained about the speed. Yes it is holidays and we have time but while family had breakfast, I was queuing for coffee ! Espresso was fast but when other customers took Americano or Cappuccino, it is incredibly slow.  Room wasn’t ready before 15:30. Very noisy street, building 2 is probably the worst. Room 2307 electrical plugs doesn’t work. Only one out of four could be used. We use two flat connectors type. Would be great to replace plugs. Water in the alley from room 2305, 2303 every morning, certainly after the guest showers.

I was traveling solo and stayed at the hotel for two nights. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with one of the security guards. I went for a jog in the morning and when I returned to the hotel, I tried to tell the guard that I wanted to take the shuttle bus up to the last building because I was in a hurry. However, he told me, “You can’t go.” I asked him, “Why?” and he replied, “The shuttle is only for guests coming down.” I was confused and disappointed. His tone was quite rude and disrespectful, he even questioned whether I was a guest at the hotel. I told him I was, but he didn’t apologize or show any courtesy. It felt as though the hotel only prioritized foreign guests. As a Thai woman traveling alone, I didn’t feel very well taken care of. If he had simply apologized, I would have felt much better about the situation. Also another thing was the room wasn’t too clean. In the other hand, the hotel itself is in a great location and the view from the pool was stunning.
