Walkable distance from SM street, took me (a slow walker) 12 mins to SM Street and the beach is about a 5 min drive (in the mornings). Rooms are quite spacious and very clean with all imaginable amenities provided. Staff is super friendly and helpful. No in-house restaurant, a nearby restaurant delivers anytime, but in a city like Kozhikode, you should just go out and explore!! A decent buffet breakfast is served though, thoroughly enjoyed. If you're looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay at an affordable price with no bells and whistles, look no further. Highly recommended...!!!"
