Saas Residency

We received a room upgrade which was nice. The room was spacious although bathrooms are small. Hot water is readily available although they turn it off and you have to request it be put on. Bed was comfortable. Air con was not great. Wi-Fi was good. Breakfast was ok. Staff were nice. Location was good

Rooms have just a bed, tv, wardrobe and attached bathroom. Space feels cramped, but it is an affordable option when travelling solo and there is a need to stay just one night

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. The location is excellent—just a 4-minute walk from Kozhikode railway station, which made it extremely convenient for my travel plans. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a good level of privacy and peace. The staff was courteous and always ready to help whenever needed. I didn’t opt for breakfast, so I can’t comment on the food, but everything else met my expectations. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars, mainly because there’s still a bit of room for improvement in the overall ambiance.
