It was really short stay from evening to morning, but the location was just amazing. I would like stay longer next time.

After seeing some negative reviews, i was little bit hesitant in booking this resort. But the location photo attracted me. When i checked in, the scenario is totally different. The room is very good, toilet is neat. Had a good food. Staff are very friendly n good service. Very good valley view in front. Especially the view from the first floor restaurant is awesome. I really had a wonderful time with my family n kids.

Worst stay ever. Booked for 2 days but had to checkout in 1 day. No proper service and rooms are in very bad state. Bathroom stinking. Spider webs. If u ask them for anything u have to wait for half a day to make them address your issues. No hot water and gyser not connected in few rooms. Time waste, Money waste and we had to search for another hotel as well the next day.

property located at one of the best place in kotagiri. staffs are good. but hotel facilities need to be improved little

The location is good. Rooms don’t have basic things like bed light, AC for room heating for a place which is surrounded by Tea Estate. Cherry on the cake part was, the geyser was not working and after multiple requests even it was not fixed. Everyone pays the premium to get the experience but in this case the experience was pathetic. Don’t burn your cash. Take a budget stay near Ooty or Coonoor township and come early for visiting.

Excellent atmosphere outside the stay, as it's surrounded by hills and tea estate. Also happen to meet a bison around the area. Nice happening place and stay. We didn't enjoy our good there however the caretakers are helpful.

Excellent location, good services and accommodation. Food is also good. Specially view from connected balcony and rooftop is excellent. Almost as you are living within tea garden and valley. Also budget friendly.
