The receptionist wasn’t friendly at all. I have been to the hotel for few times. First time, I thought maybe only the specific receptionist want not friendly. But for the second and third time, all the receptionist was not friendly enough. Otherwise the hotel is good and the room is nice. The cleanliness was good too. Thank you.

1) Stinky towels 2) There is noise disturbance from other occupants (early morning, 4.50 a.m.)—possibly drunk. 3) Blankets and sheets are not changed (there are blood stains, possibly mosquito blood).

RAPID Pengerang is 30 minutes away. Perfect for family vacation, friends gathering in Desaru or project/ biz trip at Pengerang. Within 1.5km, there are Seafood restaurants, clinic, laundry shops, ATM machines, shopping mall, mini mart, 7 Eleven, fastfood outlets such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Domino, Sugarbuns, SDS etc. Other Nearby Places of interest: 1) Fireflies tours 2) River Cruises 3) Fruit Farm 4) Ostrich Farm 5) Crocodile Farm 6) Desaru Coast Adventure Waterpark

The staff was so friendly, helpful Room is clean, just sad only the TV is not function well as only few channel can view .. But overall my staying is so enjoying and very memorable, coz this Tiara residence plc is just near to the beach.... Nice place to stay.. will come back again 👍👍👍

The place was well maintained and cleaned. The food was good. The facilities inside were great for family. Just that it was too overly crowded. The check in process took almost 2 hours. We felt like we were at the government agency counter while waiting for the number to be called. It was not a good experience considering the amount of money we paid to book here. Everywhere inside also was super crowded. The waterpark was so full of people it felt anxious to be there. Too bad we could not get the access to the beach probably because of the monsoon season. Overall, we preferred Lotus Seaview rather than here.
