El mejor lugar para ver la puesta de sol en Kota Kinabalu. El ambiente es cómodo y adecuado para una estancia en un hotel. El servicio fue atento y atento. Como no conocía la situación antes, el tipo de habitación que reservé era relativamente antiguo. El chico de la recepción también mejoró mi habitación de forma gratuita. El desayuno es rico y la mayor parte es de buena calidad.

The service was commendable, with friendly and helpful staff who made the stay comfortable. If you’re seeking modern amenities, this might not be the right fit for you. However, if you appreciate a rustic getaway surrounded by mountains and the ocean, with opportunities to spot wildlife like monkeys and monitor lizards, you’re sure to enjoy your stay.

Front desk service is best, friendly with most smiling face, always greeting and friendly chat to customer, bedding matters a bit soft and some spring is not well in condition, but ovell room amenities is good. However, I really wondered why a 5 stars Hotel the restaurant all size plate, bowl, even cups are so so oily, sticky, food mark, stains on almost all pieces of them, I keep on looking for more clean one but sad to said is no one is clean, really very sticky and oily, hope the restaurant can look serious on this matter, I can said I never seen such dirty plate, even I go to 2 or 3 star hotel, the plate is more clean then Le Meridien, but food and beverage is good, I love the service can custome order our favourite fresh fruit juice and coffee

Awesome service, friendly, supportive, kind and professional stuff. Fast and efficient, caring as well. Hotel is by the beach, their private part of the beach is clean and very lovely. Food is tasty, very fair price, different varieties, as well a la carte options are nice and cheap. Highly recommended. Very pleasant stay, location is perfect, activities, gym, golf, bar on the roof with awesome view, bar on the beach as well. Great stay, beds are comfortable, had a very good sleep as well. Thank you all for great experience, appreciation for all stuff members, from management, concierge, dinning stuff and receptionists - exceptional behavior and professionalism! Bravo! p.s. Sorry, enjoying the stay so much, forgot to make photos. No phone vacation, simply enjoying the environment. ❤️🙏👍🥳

Lovely hotel, a little old (it opened in 1977) but you can feel it has got a lot of character. Kudos to EVIS from Bell Service, he’s a humble gentlemen who loves to engage with his guests. He assisted me with my luggage and escorted me to my room. He knows the hotel inside out and loves to share his insights. Also a shout out to MARY from front desk, she is amazing. She is multi functional with assisting me to check-in PLUS helping me with concierge matters regarding my flight ticket. Exceptional staff. Thank you for having me!
