Heritage Suites Kota Kinabalu

Our first stay at this suite unit (room 1160) for 3 nights and I won't recommend to anyone. It is indicated this suite unit opened in 2023 but it's actually very old & running down unit (entire building is old) Not value for money. Lets go through the pros and cons for making a sensible decision: Pros: 1. Spacious room 2. Room equipped with water dispenser Cons: 1. Service team is not attentive, our msg via WA not being attended and only replied after our 2nd follow up msg. (refer screenshot attached) 2. Free parking very limited, and the price for basement parking which belongs to Ming Garden Hotel is sky high. 3. Cats can be found at lobby. 4. Lift to Suite unit is old & scary. It will stop intermittently a few times from ground floor to level 11. 5. Both 2 units aircon in room is old, noisy & leaks terribly ( we reported to the Service Desk but no response at all) (refer screenshot attached). We weren't not dare to switch it on for long hour and have to stand for the warm room during sleep hour. 6. Housekeeping is terrible. Dusty TV cabinet; cups not being washed properly where coffee stain on cups from previous guest found when we use it. 7. Small toilet, low water pressure, stinky water drain holes and moldy toilet wall.
