Very disgusting experience this time in spite of being an old visitor at the hotel.
Very poor cleanliness of bathroom .
A/c was very disturbing in the night, so had to switch it off.
In spite of informing the hotel reception for 30 min early breakfast, no service available.. so couldn't have breakfast for which the money was paid.

I was stayed in past that time it was good hotel but due to time spending due to maintenance it’s not good choice right now.

I stayed in room no 206, they are providing used bedsheet, pillow cover, towel even shower gel and body lotion is also used by previous. There are so many mosquito in room. Hotel charged for mineral water.

Overall stay was terrible (room. No. 302) towel was rip (fata hua. Blanket was rip (fata hua. Intercom of room is also not working. Glasses was not usable, they are not fresh.

Room having selan and breakfast not served properly taken poha from outside and served. Also the cleaning of plate was not done.

Worst room uncleaned after telling them so many times still there was shells of pistachio I got infection becoj of there dirty bathroom and used towels ,all towels and bed sheets are torn they are not even clean, not maintained after telling Punit and another night person don't check the rooms after calling him he didn't came to check and he told me there was some query but there was no one ac was not working in night when I came after work there was spider nets on my bed I felt scared and same time I called and changed the room this was third time with me Then I changed the hotel
