Blue Lagoon Village - All Inclusive

We have now visted this resort 7 times and everytime they seem to out perform the last visit. The resort has expanded over the last 10 years with no sign of reducing the quality. We have been there when the resort is a full capacity and it still doesn't seem busy. The food could not be fresher as they grow it on resort, you can even see the farmers harvesting in the early mornings, assuming you can get up after drinking as much ouzo as they can deliver. Only negative I would mention is that over the years the entertainment has been more and more european and aimed at young families, in the early days there were many more game show type shows which got everyone involved. Don't expect a massive waterpark but with so many pools you can find enough areas to either chill or get involved. I would love to see more choices on the drinks menu for the 2025 season as I will be back.

Very bad cockroachs everywhere horrid food rooms bad I went to their other hotel while ago blue lagoon resort way better no cockroachs or anything the good reviews ignore them don't go overpriced kids everywhere busy no sunbeds food made me sick I got food poisoning wish I could give zero stars

After a late flight we were greeted by friendly, professional staff, who had taken in my request for adjoining rooms for our family holiday. We were shown to two, side by side, family rooms, a free upgrade! Thank you so much. This hotel deserves its five stars. Amazing staff who could not do enough to make our stay so memorable. Cleanliness in every area of the hotel was first class. The facilities for every age group were amazing. So many pools to choose from. So many choices to eat from, pizza, ice creams and crepes to buffet dining by the beach and A La Carte Chinese and Italian restaurants. The location on a private beach was fantastic and although an isolated location we never felt that we need to explore further afield. Saved that for another visit to Kos! We very rarely return to the same place but we would all happily return to Blue Lagoon Village. So impressed with the customer service by every single member of staff.

Hotel is gorgeous and hotel staff very friendly can’t fault the hotel rooms were lovely and swim up pool was perfect for young children, bit disappointed in the children’s food selection especially if you have fussy eaters but otherwise food was as expected for all inclusive. Beer is like pop very very weak you won’t be getting drunk on that. But staff always around asking if you want more drinks. Kids adventure water park is brilliant kept the children entertained. The mini market massively lets the hotel down, rude staff very over priced and you only find out at till as nothing has a price. They also short change you and when challenged they ignore you! Eventually got someone to cash up for them to say yes we over charged you sorry here’s your money. Shame really as a little mini market that was better priced would be very popular on a resort like that with nothing else around. Not sure if we would come back hotel is gorgeous and massive but not sure drinks and food are 5 star.

This hotel is couldnt say 1 bad thing abiut it honestly was a holiday to remember, the entertainment was unreal my kids loved it, the hotel is so so clean and staff so lovely would 100% recommend, I already have to a few people and they are going now

We have just finished an 11 night stay here in a twin room swim up and have had the absolute best holiday. The place is completely beautiful. So well maintained. So clean. The staff work so so hard I've never stayed somewhere with such friendly staff. Our room was lovely and was such a luxury to have the swim up pool. Wasn't sure how often we would use it as there are so many pool options but we did use our pool most afternoons and it was blissful. Couldn't fault the food. So much choice. Enjoyed the a la carte. The only critique there would be the food at the Chinese restaurant wasn't very hot considering it was served a la carte. But otherwise I can't fault it. Delicious food replenished quickly. The waiter service for drinks by the pools - even at our swim up! And in the theatre in the evening was lovely. We also had a 2 hour speed boat trip with the water sports team which we absolutely loved. I had a treatment at the spa with a lovely lady called Estrella and it was so good that I rebooked it for two days later and was so thankful I had her again. The best massage I've had. The animation team work so hard and very long hours. My children loved kids club. A fantastic family holiday I won't forget.
