Denise Apartments

Jet2 employee here tbought id have a few days away at the gawjuss place and have just returned home and thought I'd take the time to write a review. 2 stars doesn't give these apartments justice the apartments are basic but cosy the staff and owners can't do enough for you. As soon as I arrived they took my case upto my room for me I attended a bbq there the owner gave us free drinks and shots and the food was lovely. You can walk into kos and it's a lovely walk if it's a quiet relaxing holiday don't hesitate to book this place you won't be disappointed 😊

we stayed here for four days to celebrate my wife's birthday , so due to plane delays we arrived at the apartments at 2 in the morning local time and one of the owners Nikos greeted us at our arrival ( never seen that before ). I would say the room we had was basic but functional, a hot plate fridge/freezer and beds etc , there is a ten euro daily charge for air con , so this may depend on when you go ( we only paid for one day ) . the pool wasn't very occupied and there always seemed to be sunbeds available , there is a bar by the pool that also serves food and drinks ( cold soft drinks and alcohol based ) and the food was very reasonably priced and very tasty .we worked out if you wanted you could stay there for the entire of the holiday and not need to leave at all , the hosts Nikos and Eli are very friendly and welcoming , they will ask for your name and will remember it . they bought my wife a drink for her birthday and one night gave everyone a shot of ouzo, the bar a screens showing sporting events , they speak English and Dutch and obviously Greek , there seemed to be regulars who cam every year and were treated like family , if you are looking for a good time with awesome hosts stay here , the main town is about a 30-40 minute walk away ( but there are taxi and bus options ), but this was a small inconvenience , if you want a holiday with lovely company and a nice atmosphere , stay here

Excellent weeks stay at Denise Apartments. Very clean apartment and good for the price. The hosts are lovely and make you feel very welcome. Nice pool area very clean. The food we had was also really nice. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we wanted to return to the area. Thanks for our enjoyable stay

Nikos and Efi amazing hosts. First time but definitely will be returning. Went with Jet2. excellent food. Reasonable accommodation for the price. Excellent views. The atmosphere created by the Nikos and Efi is outstanding 👏 👌. Highly recommend.

Lovely like a tiny village feel.family run with love and care,spotlessly clean nothing too much trouble. Very relaxing a short distance from kos town .many walk in or bike in ,by the sea,safe walkway. Food freshly cooked and delicious .if you're a light sleeper ask for a quiet room

The apartments are spacious and well laid out. Some updating is required. However they are really just somewhere to sleep. There is a good choice of food available in the bar area and varied entertainment of an evening from Karaoke to Chinese Bingo. The hosts are extra special and will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. You arrive as guests and leave as family. We will definitely be back again...
