Edificio de apartamentos en zona tranquila, muy cerca del centro (10 min andando) Check in a partir de las 15:00h en una máquina que hay a la entrada y que te da la opción de pago con tarjeta, te emite las tarjetas de acceso y la opción de reservar tb garaje y desayuno si no lo incluiste en la reserva original. Todo muy moderno, tranquilo ( tb hay aptos alquilados) y super limpio...El desayuno tipo 2 más superior, está muy bien con café/infusiones, fiambres, pan, mantequilla, bollería y zumo...El apto genial con aire acondicionado, climalit, persianas automáticas! (en Europa es prácticamente imposible encontrar persianas en hoteles.) y cocina/armario totalmente equipada, con cafetera, platos, vasos, microondas, frigo, aunque no incluye elementos de limpieza (estropajo etc..). Baño con bañera...En general todo perfecto, la verdad..volvería al mismo sitio otra vez! Sólo debes tener en cuenta que no hay nadie en recepción por las tardes, tan sólo las mañanas hasta las 11:00h aprox para atender tema desayuno...

Not much to complain about. An electronic check in, quite innovative! Parking of the property is recomended as outside only 2h at the time are permitted and pritty expensive. The room was just as described in the options (if coupoles I recomend to 1.60 bed, as we find the French size bed , 1.40, a bit too small), loved the balcony, spacious and the individual heating the had temperature regulation. A small microwave was provoded, kettle, cutlery and fridge (we did not use them however). Location was fine, 10 min walk from the center and not to buisy and noisy. Main road was 2 blocks away making it easely reachable by car. Linen and towels provided and clean, so was soap. Did not try breakfast. One only negative thing was the floor which was stiky in one part of the room.

This is a rather weird apartment hotel - one of those design concepts that look great in the brochure and causes quite a bit of consternation for the uninformed user. It is obviously designed for a very certain kind of customer - and almost hilariously "German." For instance - there is kitchen in the apartment, but it only has a microwave, so you can't really make any food there. You can use the kitchen, but you have to do the washing up yourself (written in the German-only documentation) or there will be an extra charge. You can use wifi, but only two devices at the same time. You have parking in a basement garage, but it is very narrow and hard to maneuver a full-size car in there. Only German television channels, sort of weird for a hotel that offers four different languages on its check-in machine. The hotel is located in a residential area with few shops, we had to drive to an Aldi about 2 km away to get food (and then found that the "kitchen" really wasn't.) The air conditioning was turned off when we arrived and was inadequate - it was a hot day, and the room did not cool down significantly from 2100 to midnight. All in all, you are much better off with a regular hotel room. This did not feel as much as a hotel as checking in to a military establishment.

This hotel is the do-it-yourself kind. You look up your reservation in the machine and pay directly. The machine then gives you your receipt and key card. The room was fine and had a big terrace (which we did not use cause it was bad weather). The location is a 20 min walk from the main station.

Take great care.. when i was booking on line i requested a cot for our baby as i was not clear on the information provided relating to no beds. I received no response. I requested clarification and this was provided only one day before our trip. They could not provide a cot and accordingly we could not stay here. We were very disappointed to be charged 80% of the cost whether they had the right to or not. Very disappointed Adrian

I went to this hotel just for a couple of days, and I would never suggest it to anybody. 1st: nowhere is reported that the check in is completely automated after 11-12 am, so if you have any problem, you have to deal with it alone. 2nd There was a total disorganization concerning the internet connection. They claim it is for free, but they never say that you have to hurry up to get one of the copy they print everyday with username and password, and if you arrive in the evening, there is big chance that you do not get any of these copies (other 5 guests had the same problem I had, no printed copies of the password), so you have no internet in the room (even if you payed for it) and since there are NO people at the front desk, you cannot complain to anybody to solve your problem. I went there for work and I could not prepare my ppt presentation thanks to them. On the day of the check out a brainless receptionist told me they just print the exact amount of copies matching the number of occupied guest rooms and he could not understand that if a guest took more than one copy (i.e. he can lose one and take another) some other guest will remain without. I suggested to leave one copy IN the occupied room and not in the common hall...I hope they will find a solution. At least the room was clean and quite, so I do not give them only 1 point.

We got to the hotel late in the afternoon, after 4, and all they had was a kiosk to great us. I spent the better part of an hour trying to access our reservation. I tried every conceivable combination to get it. I was pretty much fed up and attempted to rent another room with just a single bed just to get something. After booking the other room, the machine coughed up our original reservation on its own. I paid for that room too which was the one I wanted. The next morning, I discussed this with the desk and they said someone would be in touch. I sent several follow up emails but still nothing. This place is weird and wouldnt recommend this place to an enemy. Good luck if you go here

I never write reviews whilst I’m still in the place however as I’m sitting in the staircase (no internet in my room) I feel compelled to warn other travellers. This is advertised as an ‘adults only’ property and what should I have in the apartment next to mine? Children! I love kids, however booked this to have rest from them. Why advertise as adults only and clearly be misleading guests? And the wifi, well as I said I’m in the staircase so I can log on. Absolutely disgusted with this misleading place and how hard is it to get reliable wifi these days?!!!! I despise properties that mislead their guests especially when my hard earned money is wasted. Unfortunately I urge all potential guests to check reviews and be prepared for terrible wifi and children in this adults only apartment complex.
