Noxinn Deluxe Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

We have just returned from a fabulous week at the hotel. The downsides are that need more cleaning and stocking of toilets. Often no toilet roll and not kept clean. Lots of waiting to be served in the lobby bar as staff ignored us on occasions. Poor labelling of food. My daughters are vegan and vegetarian and found little to pick from as lots of food labelled as vegetables had meat in. Soups also made with meat stock. These are minor things that can be addressed. The entertainment in the evening needs some work. Amateur shows. Would prefer more external acts. Karaoke or something. The beach bar needs to stay open for longer. The positives though are some wonderful kind and helpful staff at the restaurants and bar. Ugar and Berkann who I want to keep as my son. So lovely to everyone and always smiling. The energy of the animation team, especially our friend Josephine. Mustafa and Ali. Our wonderful friend who owns the florist, what a wonderful man you are. Habip the operations manager who was so lovely. We had the best holiday here and would love to return.

This hotel truly delivers on the promise of luxury and comfort. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a five-star experience, and I can’t wait to return.

Spent 7 nights here as a group of 4. The hotel itself isn’t worth the 5 stars, more like 4. Yes there are a lot of ammenities, but the overall experience wasn’t 5 stars worthy at all. The food is pretty boring, underseasoned and repetitive, the meats have old animal taste and aren’t of too good quality. Cafeteria lunch is pretty underwhelming so would reccommend the snack bars instead. Also wouldn’t reccommend eating uncooked animal products there, because we are pretty sure that we got some sort of stomach illness from it. The staff is friendly but often undertrained and doesn’t speak english. The sunbeds are fully occupied with towels by 9AM, earliest start appearing at 12AM-2AM so be prepared, because the staff can’t/won’t do anything about it (yes the hotel has sa “towel system” but it’s more counterproductive if anything). The hotel cleanliness is okay but nothing to praise. The beach is made of small sharp stones so definently reccomend to have water shoes to avoid cuts. The animation is good and the night program is pretty fun. It’s an alright hotel if you get it for a good price, otherwise wouldn’t reccomend gettibg something else

We were party of nine including 3 children . This hotel is huge . Unfortunately the facilities cannot support the number of guests . We estimated around 1000 guests and around 200 sunbeds around the pool and same again at the beach . The sunbed war is therefore obvious . Those without sunbeds accommodate the tables and chairs around the poolside lunch area . There is then no where to sit for lunch and staff refuse to serve lunch unless you have a table !! I have 25 years experience of visiting Turkey and always found hospitality is exceptional . Not here!! Staff are rude surly and dismissive .They have a selective grasp of English and seem to play games with your orders or simply do not bring them at all . The exceptions were the Russian girl who does the pool aerobics and the lad in the cocktail bar above the kids club who were both lovely . The food is hit and miss to say the least . Breakfast is appalling . Evening buffet poor . Lunch if you can get it was ok albeit not great . The best place for lunch is the beach bar. We ate out in the end when we could . Our room was tiny . Overlooked a builders yard and was next door to their store . They tend to test power tools around 9 am . Our tv did not work but due to issues reported by the rest of our party we did not waste time or effort reporting . Again no one suddenly speaks English . The hotel is full of Russians who for some reason do not seem to like us ? From barging in at food queues barging into lifts even taking food off of our children’s plates it all adds up to the completely wrong atmosphere and environment for a relaxing and enjoyable break which after all is why we are there . The two stars are for cleanliness . Staff are always cleaning and overall facilities which are ok despite being too cramped . My advice is look elsewhere . We’re home and need a holiday says it all for first time ever I was glad to leave !!!!! Included is a lunch menu cheese burger picture . We never did identify the yellow paste which I assume was a cheese ?

From arrival to departure this holidays was a night mare. Check in was smooth l, nothing was explained (breakfast times al cars restaurants ect ect). Porter took us to the room, showed everythink and was standing there waiting foe the tip, but at 4am the last think was me looking for the change in my wallet. Took us nearly a minute explaining that we are fine and we just need a sleep from all night travel. Wake up in the morning and we off for breakfast. What a dissapointment that was. I understand that is the country where the main religious is muslin, but not having bacon or beans for breakfast is absolutely ridiculous. The only thing we eat all 10 days was boiled and fried eggs. Lu ch was another disappointment, hardly anything to eat, no meat just vegetables. I like vegetables but eating them only for 10 days it's not fun. Dinner just repeat from lunch. Fish, tiny bit od beef and load of vegetables. Put that way vegetarian or vegan would be in heaven shame im not one of them. My son was leaving on boiled rice during all stay. On second day we eat in pool bar, and the foot was good in there specially pasta Alfredo and margarita pizza was etable. Kids club i havent used as my son is to old for places like that. But I have notice that was closed most of the times. Pool area- is like war over sun loungers. If u not down before 8ish you can only dream to get one. I have been a witness on 2 arguments between guest over them. And believe me it's nothing nice to witness. Shouting and screaming adults arguing on front of children. Management are not doing anything to resolve this issue, they just let the guest deal with the problem them self by reserving bed at night or early in the morning. Lucky me I had a room looking over the pools so I could see all my self. Beach are is good loads of sun loungers. But the beach it's self it's average. Load of stones so getting in yo and out of water is quite painfull to your feet. But that is not a Hotel fault. One point I was trying yo reserve pavilion on the beach went to beach bar but the staff member couldn't speak English, so made my way yo reception where I have been directed back to beach bar again. So on the end I havent book one as I just give up trying. 60% of guest are from Russia. So staff speaks fluent Russian but hardly English. Room size was great, spacious, clean, big balcony. There was a bits not cleaned properly but was acceptable. Housekeeping staff was very helpfull and polite. Big shout out to Omar from beach bar, such a lovelly guy. Helpful, kind, who looks after all guests. There are also 2 brothers working in pool restaurant and main restaurant in the evenings, they are so lovelly. All of the a fantastic asset to the company. They made our stay more enjoyable. Overall this hotel is not 5 star at all, I will never come back there and would never recommend this hotel to any of my friend.
