"We stayed in a deluxe suite with a pool for 7 days. The room was somewhat run-down and felt quite old, unlike the photos online. Cleanliness was also subpar, likely due to the room's age. For example, there was mold in the grout between the bathroom sink and surrounding tiles, and the floor was cracked and always felt dirty. The sofa was white but very dirty, with faded colors and grime. The room's soundproofing was poor; we could hear conversations from upstairs in the bathroom. Furthermore, although the hotel advertised an all-inclusive package, they were very strict about bottled water and meal times. Each person was only allowed one bottle of water at a time, and it wasn't delivered; we had to get it ourselves from the bar. We were rushed around for meals if it was even slightly late, and the staff became quite rude. We had a small baby traveling with us, and although we requested a crib during booking and reminded the hotel via WhatsApp, there was no crib in the room. We waited over an hour after check-in before an extra crib was provided, disrupting the baby's sleep. In short, our experience with the hotel was subpar; the facilities, cleanliness, and service were not worth it."

Piscina, camas solares, acceso al bar de piscina era bonito. Una excursión inclusiva nos disfrutamos de todos los cocktails del bar. No se les ha servido nada de roto y se les ha servido en una taza de plástico, pero eso no nos molesta. Me gustaba especialmente la sangria mezclando vino rojo con jugos de citrus! La comida estaba bien. Había muchas opciones y cambiaba diariamente. Comíamos mucho y amamos el calendario para ellos. El hotel es muy pequeño y familiar. Había muchos niños y familias y por lo tanto fue un poco ruidoso. No nos importaba, pero podría ser un comerciante para alguien. La zona estaba un poco en medio de nadie. Había unos pocos tiendas, una hermosa playa y un parque acuático divertido. Me gustaba la tierra tranquila “vacía” que estaba en. Recomendaría un coche, pero el autobús llegó cada 30 minutos o así y iba a la ciudad de Chaniá en 45 minutos, pero estaba muy confundido y todo el sistema de autobús estaba un poco fuera. ¡No hay duda de que volvería a visitar, era unas vacaciones muy agradables!"
