everything will be ok, but at the time of checking, my guest flight is delayed that's why my guest is reach in kolkata at late night around 1:30 am at midnight, when she want to check in your hotel staff not opend the door and she will not check in that day, and she will be check in another hotel, after that incident she will be check in next morning kindly make some improvement

Receiption staffs are not well mannered and no helping hand comes out of the hotel to help in luggage car ring moreover they did not allow me in checkin time to enter the room, even i requested to provide me the room if it baa n cleaned as i was in early checkin because my flight was very early in the morning.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was pretty good. The best part of the hotel was the staff. They were very friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to rest before / after a flight.

I stayed here for a day with my wife. The location is close to the airport, just 10 minutes drive, it's also close to the highway and has restaurants nearby that are open till late night. the hotel building is ok and has parking available for around 10-12 cars. The room I stayed in was good, it was spacious, however it has 2 single beds combined to make a bigger bed which I find a bit uncomfortable. the washroom was clean however the fittings were old and the water wasn't as hot/warm as expected. The TV didn't work as the internet connection was slow. The breakfast included Chole Bhature, Sandwich, juice & some non-veg items. The lunch we ordered (vegetarian) was good though. The staff was ok too, but too wowed but nothing to complain too. Overall, it was a good stay, could have been better. I would recommend it for a stay, just ensure you ask for the queen/king size bed.

El hotel es muy agradable. Algunas personas se quejarán de la vista de la construcción y el ruido. Pero por suerte tengo una habitación de frente, además, ¿quién mira fuera en el hotel de la ciudad? Pero para el hotel de sonido May cambiar las ventanas de la parte trasera a opciones de sonido. La habitación está limpia y decorada. El desayuno está bien, antes de decir bueno, si no muy bueno. La recepción es muy útil, recibí el inicio de sesión a 12:30PM. Distrito de compras cercano. Como es un área ocupada, preparaos para todo el día de tráfico enorme.
